Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently located to Commerce Center mall, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Westgate, Molino for shopping and many restaurants. Also near supermarkets. A safe and clean neighborhood. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We feel safe and protected with the presence of the security guards 24/7. We also love their shuttle service to the airport, nearby malls and hospital. Parque España Hotel is spacious with a furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathrooms have all the amenities needed. Highly recommended to family and friends. I stay here every time I vacation in Manila.

Dated Decor: Some parts of the hotel, especially the rooms, feel a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh. 2. Limited Dining Options: The on-site dining options are somewhat limited, and the menu could use more variety. 3. Parking Space: The parking area is somewhat limited, which can be a hassle during busy periods. Also, the entrance and exit to the parking area are quite narrow. If you're not careful, you might end up scratching your car.

It was my first time to stay in Parque Espana with my family (with kids) and I must say that the hotel met my expectation. The staff are very accommodating specially the housekeeping team. Thank you Peter for always assisting us and always offering help / clean the room / change towel / etc. The hotel location is very good - few meters to Festival Mall, grocery store, and near a park where we can roam around with the kids. The hotel facilities also are very good specially the kitchen within the room, very helpful specially we have kids along with us. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to staying again in Parque!

Please do not take this as negative point but a suggestion - I would suggest that the Parque team to upgrade the toilet. For now its still workable and functional but an upgrade will be good.

Very spacious and well maintained. Good location as its easily accessible to go to the commercial area yet secluded enough to be quiet

In house restaurant — BISTRO DEL CIELO - bad and slow service from staff. ate before check in so its close to noon. No other customers but waiter missed out an order and serving took very long. They blamed the delay on multiple orders coming from Room Service which should not be the case. Clogged sinks - KITCHEN & MASTER BR TOILET - slow draining

1. The rooms were not well-maintained; the air conditioning unit was old and noisy, and the floors showed signs of mold and needed replacement. 2. The breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the hotel.

The room was all neat and well-equipped. It was stylish, spacious, contemporary and had all the necessities for a long stay. Housekeeping were helpful and polite, as well as those who manned the front desk.

The food in the restaurant were bland. That one lady by the bar didn't even check on us, not once. That one guy who waited on us and took our order, disappeared for over half an hour, which was pretty disappointing because our food was missing it's condiments. The noise from the construction going on across the street drove me crazy. They kept going until really late at night.

This is a very well run residence / hotel, with excellent self-catering facilities. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is perfect, you do not need transport, shops, restaurants and cinema are all within walking distance. Even a local park to safely exercise.

5 star because of price/value ratio. Building is older and the big one bed room was worn but fresh paint, sparkling clean, great hot water pressure, big refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and some of the best service I have seen. Super nice desk attendees who graciously handled me after my screw up on the check out date and got things figured out. Upscale location with a huge mall close by, great for walking around and a well equipped Jym.
