The location is great

The toilet is dirty, the shower not working properly, cockroaches inside the room.

it was a big mistake booking in this place the moment I met the staff in the reception. the women that manned the reception were horrible and unfriendly. the other staff especially those that serve food and errands are lovely and friendly.

the women in the reception are horrible, nosey, unfriendly and unreasonable. i just got out of quarantine in a small room were ants are everywhere coz it’s a non cleaning policy while on quarantine. the shower is leaking so the rooms are inconvenient to stay . i requested to transfer earlier to another room once my covid swab result are released coz the room is not liveable that time due to ants and the water leaking. i moved to bigger room where I charged from the time I moved to that room. disregarded that I am paid til 10 am to the previous rooms. initially they don’t want to give me breakfast coz apparently I lost my breakfast privileges coz I checked out and the new room is not come with a breakfast. how unreasonable! anyway after few mins if discussion they gave me free breakfast but in 3 mornings they forget to give me coffee. I called the receptionist to tell them that I have 2 visitors coming to get a package from me but immediately gave me lecture that they are not allowed and they will asked the coast guard regarding this. I told the horrible woman you can’t threaten me with coast guard coz I’m no longer on quarantine. i asked to speak to the manager in call and she said there is no manager coz he’s on annual leave . those women in reception should be sacked or sent to a course of Filipino hospitality including good morals and conduct coz they don’t have any.

The staff is helpful. That's it.

The hotel's look, facade, and room are entirely different from the pictures on the Booking site. The building is not the same as what they promote on the Booking site. The room is freaking small, that I (5'9") could not even fit in the bed.

The location is okay. Close to the place I am visiting the next day.
