10/10 for us - location, amenities, room and service were great! We have stayed in 5 different hotels on this trip and Somerset Alabang is our favorite. The location is close proximity to malls, grocery and transportation. The lobby, pool and restaurants were well maintained, clean and smelled amazing. We stayed in Premier Studio for 6 nights. It had kitchen and dining equipped with furnitures and fixtures needed for longer stay. The only place we stayed that had washing machine and dryer. Room had enough clothing storage with bath robes available. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Toiletries and towels were generously provided. We appreciated the filtered water in the room, that made a huge different for us in conserving water  and also the refillable toiletries they had. As for service, they were consistently courteous and professional; from the security at the lobby who assisted me in my daily commute, hailing Grab, the attentive receptionists who assisted me when I needed some documents processing, the housekeeping who regularly asked as if we need room service or we need new towels or sheets (believe me, we've been in other hotels where we have to beg for this or charge extra for towels), the servers at the 4th floor during breakfast who attended to our needs whether be coffee or new plates etc. Service is tough notch for us. We enjoyed the free breakfast, offered variety international cuisine and Filipino dishes too. The amount they asked for damage deposit was not excessive compared to the other hotels we stayed in. We look forward to staying again in thr future.

Our only complain would be the bathroom that had no shower door. Water splashed everywhere and it remained wet all day. They provided us with rugs and that got soaking wet too, we had to ask for new one everyday. Also, I wish they gave us the room that has a sofa or couch (as shown in the photos when I booked the room). I wondered if they put us in a room for the disabled because they seemed to have more open space in the room. Anyway, next time we will be wise to check the room before unpacking our luggages.

The room temperature was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Washing machine easy to use. Great also that there are TV in the living area and another one in the bedroom. Great selection of food during breakfast.

Brown water iwasvcoming out of the shower. It really looks like dirty water. Had to keep it running till water gets clear. Also, it takes a while for water to drain while you shower. When I mentioned that to reception, he kind of dismissed what I said about it because there's another guest next to me. There was nothing to feel embarrassed about if he had known how to address it. After checkout, the experience wasn't that great, so you should also consider checking the room or booking fee.

I love that they have birthday greetings and cake for my husband. I also like that the room has washing machine with dryer because you can go home without carrying wet clothes. I also love the pool at it has the exact ft deep for 5ft me.

They are not a pet friendly property. At first, I dont like them pulling out the carpet because we have pets when we are already checked in the room. I hope they did that before we enter the room. I also dont like that we paid 1,500 each pet per day but they wont allow in common area. And you cant leave them in the room as they might scratch the door if left alone. We are already ready to cancel our stay because of it but I was grateful they’ve adjusted and allowed us on the common area. This is a lesson learned for me as well to call first the property and check rules before we booked.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The receptionists were very accommodating. I stayed for 4 days because of a work trip. I extended for another day so I could enjoy the room itself without having to think of work. The receptionist allowed me to stay until 3pm free of charge. They knew they’re into hospitality and there’s no better way to show that than by being accommodating.

The drains of the sink and the shower took time. We called in to repair and a staff came in to fix it. It got fixed for a while but the problem recurred. But this problem is very minor. It did not even bother us.

1)I got upgraded from studio to a premiere suite at no cost! 2)There was ample parking. 3) Checking in was so fast because of the web check in option. Check out was also quick. 4)All the staff were so helpful and quick to respond. 5)Buffet breakfast was great, with a lot of choices!

I would have rated the place a 10 if not for this. The bathtub gets clogged though it was fixed when the staff checked it.

Booked a 1BR room for a surprise bridal shower. It was a full accommodation during that time and surprisingly we were upgraded to a bigger room which made our gift for our friend more beautiful, comfortable, and memorable. Reception staff are all accommodating and are considerate with our small requests specially for our celebrant. Rooms are all clean and has spacious dinning, receiving area, toilet & bath and a separate kitchen (which is great). Complete with cooker, oven, complimentary dishwashing liquid and all basic kitchen stuff you'll need. Perfect place for a small celebration.

Always our go-to home when visiting South Luzon. Clean, safe and secure building and surroundings, friendly staff, and convenient location to commercial complex.

- Bathroom and kitchen facilities needs improvement as the quality deteriorates over the years. - During breakfast, close monitoring and immediate replenishment of buffet food, refreshments and plates/cups/glasses.

I like that the location of the property is not in the busy side of the city. The rooms are huge and with a kitchenette

The reason why I checked in is because I have a marathon race at 11pm. I don’t like when they call the room at night just to check on the guest. they called the room at around 7:30-8pm which I was supposed to be sleeping and was awaken by the phone ring. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep.

Our home in Alabang. Everything is superb from the pre-arrival through check in and for the entire stay. Staff helpful, friendly and accommodating. Kyle at front desk ensured every request resolved. Room spacious and clean. Location is ideal near malls, supermarkets etc perfect for family or work stay!
