The queen size room is cozy and has good lighting. Indirect lighting and the direct lights are perfectly balanced. The bed is super comfortable, They offered full body massage room service. I believe this was not on their website (probably a new service). This hotel has so many guests staying on a weekend, this can mean it is a great hotel. But it could also imply there can be overcrowding in the pool area, plan your trip if swimming is one of the purpose of your stay. All in all we had a great staycation.

I didn't like that you could hear inside the unit, every door slam, people walking and talking at the corridor. Noise directly passes through the door. It has bad acoustics, but it can be mitigated using door seal (just a suggestion). If you are a light sleeper, better bring earplugs if you don't want to wake-up multiple times hearing every door closing. Upon arrival, I initially had hard time verifying if I am at the hotel and to where is the entrance, Signage could be improved.

The stairs upfront it's hard to carry the luggage.

Accomodating and friendly staff no critism whether you look rich and sosyal or not treatment is fair!!!

1.The restroom has it's open glass door being seen in the whole room unless you put down the shading curtain outside hehe 2. The shower in the pool area doesn't have Hot water just to lessen the coldness feeling of the pool water. But I think theres a reason why they didnt install Hot showers in there. Overall We had a great stay!

If you remember customer service in the United States from the 80s and 90s it's that good. Also they have amazing cake. They have the customer service you would expect from a five-star hotel even though it's not technically a five-star hotel. Well worth the stay, I have nothing negative to say.

I wish l they had a workout room with a really good weight assortment both machines and free weights they didn't have an exercise room at all. There is a gold's gym close by.

The rooftop pool was amazing with a fabulous view. The restaurant served delicious food, the best we’ve had in the Philippines! The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen too! There is a gym and free laundry which I also made use of. The location is great near to shopping malls, bars and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We needed some assistance with onward travel and the staff behind the desk weren’t that knowledgeable about how best to get buses and ferries. This would have been useful but won’t put us off coming again.

The swimming pool was fantastic, with a Dubai-like vibe. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy it much because my partner wasn’t feeling well. Every time we went out, the staff greeted us, which was nice but a bit awkward for me as an introvert—I sometimes felt shy about greeting back! The room also smelled amazing. When we left and put the "Make Up the Room" sign on the door, it felt like we were entering for the first time when we came back. The room was clean as fuck.

(1) Location. It is near Molito and ATC which most restaurants and coffee shops are there. (2) Pool. Excellent rooftop infinity pool and at night the water in the pool is not that even cold. (3) Refrigerator. It is not the usual small fridge. It is big which I like so that I can put a little more things in it. (4) I availed the body massage with my booking. The Massage was really nice. Me and my partner liked it.

Only minimal things to point out; (1) phone inside the room. I know it is still pandemic and it is for the safety of the guests but disinfecting it after use is already enough to kill any viruses or bacterias. (2) Blow-dryer. This is a must have in all hotels these days. (3) the room doors are quiet heavy than the usual, fingers might stuck on it especially with kids. (4) Television. this one I don’t actually mind but my partner told me if the TV has netflix or something similar it would be much great.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I particularly like the room's arrangement and how they made the most of the available space by including a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge area, and actual bedroom space.

They installed backlighting behind the bed, which helped to the overall mood of the room but was really dirty. If it was pointed out to housekeeping, they would certainly clean it.

It’s close to everything you could ever want. Staff are very courteous, very accommodating in all levels. When we were on the 7th floor, housekeeping lady is very helpful, but I didn’t get her name. We moved to the 10th floor and met Edmuar our housekeeper, he’s very helpful too. Everyone treated us really well, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families. Kudos to all the staff at Azumi Boutique Hotel.

The room is amazing. It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are great. There are also toiletries, dental kits, towels, disposable slippers and complimentary water on the fridge. The infinity pool on the top floor looks great as well as the view from there. Best take a dip in the morning as there are less people there. But the best part of my stay in the hotel is most likely the service provided by the staff. It is very spot-on. They are very polite, and they would definitely do their best to keep you satisfied. I hope they keep that up!
