Staff - Bianca and Josef, both exemplary in customer service. I cannot commend them highly for their professionalism. Breakfast - excellent presentation. Buffet. Always Bellevue will not disappoint, provided you choose the New Tower Wing.

Main wing room - (Old Tower) - initial room, TV not functioning, static. Rubbish in bin not cleaned and dirty leftovers left behind. (poor form) Room changed - remote control not working, toilet flush broken. Poor water pressure. Hot water system difficult to manage appropriate temperature control. Internet - Very poor internet signal in the Old Tower. Management/ Supervisor - very rigid in email responses. Can improve better customer service. (Note: I always stay in the New Tower Wing)

The staff are all courteous even the security outside are the same, though Im not sure if they are for the hotel or securing the area. The lobby is big and clean, the room is spacious. I was expecting a double bed but I got a kingsized one and it's super comfortable. Even the bathroom is spacious. Shower has a good pressure. Toiletries were provided, there were also bottled water. The hotel might seem gloomy because it's big but with only a few people and the surrounding area is not as lively but at least it's quiet. I especially loved the breakfast because I rarely see squid and espada in breakfast at hotels. There's even taho. Parking is a bit steep and dark but that's it. There were plenty of spaces even if I arrived in the evening.

Found some grime on the floor of the shower area, on the faucet, toilet, and sink. I can also see some marks of wiping on the wall. And when I was having breakfast, I noticed the placemat had some stains too

Keith is a very polite & helpful person. Very obliging & accommodative to our needs. A commendable staff indeed. All the front desk staffs to a Mr Nap from the rooms department was equally friendly, helpful & competent in their work. Through my observation, noticed that in the food & beverages area, hotel must have made an effort to choose the better quality ingredients in the servings & the hotel bed impressed me too because the King size bed is not one can find easily. Will take a deliberate & conscientious effort to have it for the comfort of room guest. Overall am very impressed.

Check-in was easy. We'd like to commend Keith for immediately approaching us when he saw that we had so many bags. He offered to put our bags on a cart and gave our tag. Parking was ok, steep ramps. The room had very cool AC and we appreciated the sink in the kitchenette. Breakfast was good and complete with what we were looking for -- bread, salad, rice, bacon, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit.

We had a bathtub, and the drain was a bit faulty. Sometimes, the plug would not open to freely drain the water. We noticed, aside from Keith, the staff weren't as hospitable or friendly(?) as other hotels we have stayed in the area (Crimson, Acacia). The guards were stern, housekeeping staff just passed us in the hallways. Simple nods with smiles really count.

The staff was amazing, Elizabeth at breakfast buffet was attentive and make my Americano in the mornings. Samantha at Spa provided amazing professional massage services. The front desk services and concierge was exceptional and responsive, the food services was amazing and I would recommend including breakfast buffet

I am returning in June and I will report if I find anything

The hotel was absolutely exceptional - from the breathtaking views and luxurious design to the impeccable service and attention to detail. Every corner of the property reflected elegance and comfort, making the experience truly memorable. The smell of the room Is cery nice aswell

Very conveniently located, so close to Festival mall and Alabang town center. 30 cab ride to MOA. I had a great stay. The hotel has a nice gym, and spa service for a charge, totally worth it, my wife really enjoyed herself and the restaurants were great. Breakfast was good, and the staff throughout the hotel are so friendly, it was nice to chat with them and have a laugh. The laundry service was prompt.

The weather was hot, but I can't blame that on the hotel.

Firstly, customer service is great. Hotel staff responded and attended to my requests and needs promptly, and in a courteous way. Hotel staff are to be commended for the service they perform. Kudos to them. Secondly. the room size is ok with comfortable bed and comes with a kettle and bar fridge. Bathroom is with a bath and toilet seat comes with bidet which is really great. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is near the Festival Mall as it takes only ten minutes to walk. Lastly, I like that the gym is open from 6 am and until 10pm. Overall, I had a great and pleasant stay.

I think the price of the breakfast buffet is a little bit expensive which is at1k plus per person.

Location was superb. Quiet but loads of eateries nearby and Festival Mall is just 10mins drive away. Room were spacious but feels a bit old especially the shower of the toilet but still good in anyways. Love that staff were all friendly. Pool water is just super cold to enjoy longer but still my niece liked it. Gym facility is good and complete. The instructor is also nice to offer assistance. Perfect for us as we are attending Feast for the first time and it was a perfect stay before the event.

Big rooms, I was upgraded to a junior suite and I thank you for that Living room was having smart tv while bed one was having an old one, please consider having the same smart one in all the rooms Staff is very friendly and they did their best to help me with the issues I faced… They allowed me a free late check out and I really appreciated that I had a nice gesture from the manager and also appreciated it Nice location closed to the business center and many restaurants

Please renew the tower I was staying in so people will not face same issues I had with the bedding… Review the quality of room service food…
