It was my third stay and we had a pleasant stay. Especially thanks to the following; Sir Webb Guimba from security, from the moment we arrived, he remembered us and greeted us with warmth and took care of our arrival with a smile! During our whole stay he made sure that the moment we went out we had a positive vibe for the day. Till the day we left he waved us goodbye while driving away in the taxi. He has a very positive attitude, pays attention to detail and takes his job seriously. First impression is everything. Also, I felt save with him standing at the entrance throughout the day. The experience at the restaurant was also good, especially thanks to Sir Jaypee Berdiguez. He took charge in ensuring our needs were met. He managed his team efficiently while maintaining a friendly, attentive attitude toward customers. His attention to detail and seamless leadership truly stood out. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and the B Hotel Alabang is lucky to have such an outstanding team member! I imagine him working in a high star hotel. Together with the work performance of most definitely Raymond Tidong and the female worker I didn't had the chance to ask her name anymore, made our experience in the restaurant very pleasant. Also Karlos Maglalang was very professional, friendly, confident in speaking English to me and with a good and consistent posture he was making sure everything was as we wished for, bringing an excellent customer experience. Also big compliments to the chef and it's team for making exquisite evening meals! A chef like this is more than something to be thankful for. With the professional and friendly take of Miss Kelly from the reception, welcoming us with a smile and always kind to help, we had a pleasant check-in and service. The male manager in the sometimes light yellow, turquoise or navy shirt was also very professional and friendly! Not to forget the cleaners, who also took their work seriously.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — they really made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the location. It’s in a safe, quiet area which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. However, I was disappointed to find mold in the sink and in multiple areas of the shower. That definitely took away from the overall impression. If it hadn’t been for that, I would have given this place top stars, especially because of the exceptional service from the staff. I hope the hotel addresses the issue soon, as everything else was truly excellent, and I would definitely come again next time I'm in the area if they fix this little problem. Again. Amazing staff 👍

It was my second time to stay in B Hotel - I like to location a lot. It is walking distance from the mall (Alabang Town Center), food places (Molito), grocery, banks, etc. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and I was granted early check-in for free, thank you! The reception staff are accommodating and the room service gave a very fast action to our requests. Thank you B Hotel, keep up the good work!!

I suggest to upgrade the toilet - it would be best if you could add a hand-held shower aside from the rain shower.

Super accommodating staff. I believe we got the best room with the best view 1114! Just a hint for those who wish to stay at B-Hotel. We had planned to use the pool, but did not get a chance. Walked by the breakfast and lunch buffet every day and wish we had tried it. Looked scrumptious! we were just constantly on a time crunch so we could not really enjoy the amenities, but our room was great and the staff was awesome! The hotel allowed us a late check-out since we were going straight to the airport and had no place else to go and did not charge us extra. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 4-year old.

the ONLY mini-negative I have to provide is that the shower pressure was kind of weak being on the top floor. Oh and please provide a better smoking area for smoking guests. It was really kind of disgusting being right next to the garbage dump in the basement. We all know smoking is bad, but please don't treat the paying guests like that. It really is filthy down there and smells like garbage, cockroaches moving around your feet, wet garbage juice floor....really gross.

Good variety of choices at breakfast. Room clean and bed comfortable :) Prompt service provided when there was a problem with the sink draining. Thank you!

Friday lunch buffet - too many protein dishes so limited choices for vegetarian more vegetables and traditional Philo desserts would have been lovely :)

It's in a quiet corner of a busy commercial and business area. Walking distance to a lot of dining options and a nice mall/supermarket. A nearby convenience store. The park outside gave a very relaxing mood in the morning during sunrise. The hotel food was great. The staffs are all warm, helpful and very accommodating.

Nothing that I can think of so far.

The staff were all amazing especially the front office staff lead by Jonathan, housekeepers, concierge and security, and the wait staff at the cafe. They were all polite, courteous and wouldn’t not hesitate to assist and look after our needs. The room was more than adequate for our small family of 3 and our request for a microwave, ironing board and iron was promptly attended. The location is very convenient and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle drop off/pick up service to Alabang Town Centre.

I understand the hotel mainly caters to business clients but it would be better if they had bigger fridges in the room especially for small families. Food in the cafe could be better especially dishes that contain beef e.g. salpicao, stroganoff, etc. They were a bit rubbery and not soft at all. The rest were a hit and miss.

The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above and beyond what I expected, it was extremely good! My room was within reach of 1-2 Pokémon Go gyms in the park opposite the hotel so that was an extra bonus LOL

Couldn’t contact property to get the airport shuttle when I arrived at the airport, had to take an Uber there myself. Upon arrival at the hotel, tried to organise an airport shuttle for going back to the airport the next morning only to be told they were all full already, so another Uber. Thus the advertised airport shuttle never materialised for me, if I had known, I probably would’ve stayed at another hotel closer to the airport. Not sure if they were so tight on airport shuttle space or if I was just unlucky, but maybe they should look into increasing the capacity or frequency of said airport shuttle?

The room - spotless, comfortable, contemporary and well-equipped. The bed - soft and comfty. Housekeeping, front desk and restaurant - very accommodating and polite staff. Loved how close this hotel was to Rodeo Spa and ATC shopping. Tons of restaurants and shops are at short distance from the property.

I wasn't that fond of the small, messy and dark parking spaces inside the building.

The hotel was in walking distance to The Town Center Mall. The air-conditioning worked well in keeping the room cool. The gym and hot-tub were nice extras. The breakfast was good. The internet was good. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and everything worked as intended. The staff was professional and kind. There is a laundromat and minimart right across the street from the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The flat screen TV was nice. The view of the city from the room made the room feel even more special.

My only complaint was that the shower was not always hot. Sometimes the water would not get hot, but sometimes the water was hot at certain times of the day. If a hot shower is a must, you might not be happy. In saying that, the B Hotel offers so much for an affordable price. Being that this is the only negative thing I could find about the hotel means that I would consider a stay here to be a good choice.
