The rooms are clean. Clean towels are being changed and delivered every day. The trash is taken out every day. Bottled water are given every day, but on the last water bottle, I noticed that there’s a weird smell when I opened it. The water smelled like gasoline so we stopped drinking it and just bought water at 7 Eleven.

It looks like they implemented a delaying strategy to return my security deposit. Saying, oh, the person in charged is coming, but finally when she came after 30 minutes, she said that the house keeping is still coming to check the room. Then the house keeping is taking their time to get to the room, then they gave me another reason to delay and delay..etc. I was so frustrated because my Grab ride is already on the way! Finally I told them that I will complain and tarantella them badly in BOOKING.COM! When I mentioned booking.com, the lady instantly gave the my full security deposit!, ***Thank you Booking.Com!

Very good facilities within the room and residence. The room was very spacious with all the amenities and great ambience. Ample sunlight and view from the windows. Overall a very comfortable stay with great access to nearby areas.

Location was absolutely perfect, staff also needs to be praised for the impeccable service. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay which was such value for money. Facilities were great - note the outdoor pool is cold (not really heated) and we requested for them to hold our baggage when we checked out on time. Communication is spot on through booking.com or via phone. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Little things like slippers were to be provided or the room not having an iron (which we knew about) did not overshadow our perfect stay!

We traveled Philippines for 1 month and visited Coron, El Nido, Balabca, Cebu, Siquijor, Siargao, and Manila. We were very happy with the location of this hotel as there were a lot of shops, restaurants reach by walking distance.

I was scared of cockroaches as there were many reviews, but actually, I didn't notice one. The price is obviously too high as you just get a simple double room.

I liked this room so much I enquired at reception if they had any similar rooms for annual rental. It was like staying in a nice one bedroom condo. Well worth the money.

Everything was as I expected.

The place has an amazing roof top bar and the staff there are super friendly. A shoutout to one of the bartender "Peter", he became my friend on the first day and he suggested me so many amazing drinks. I used to visit almost daily to the bar and ask him to serve me something new and he never failed to impress. There is also a mall just opposite to the place, super convenient to get anything and everything you need. If its late hours, then you have 7 eleven at the facility to quench your midnight cravings.

Hugely disappointed with house keeping. Even after repeated reminders at front desk, they forget to clean the room, refill water bottle etc. Imagine returning at 11pm from work just to find out your room was not cleared and on top of that you dont even have drinking water.

This place is 5 star all the way. The location is superb. The amenities are excellent. Shated location with Brittany Hotel. Everything you could want is right on location. SM Mall Aura Tower is located directly across the street. In the heart of the BGC district. ❤️❤️❤️

Location was outstanding! Shopping, restaurants, and local markets were within walking distance. Lots to do in the area.

The fan in the bathroom was really loud when you turned it on. Other than that the place was great.

Bed was very comfortable Right next door to a shopping mall 7 eleven next door Nice pool with fantastic view Staff were very polite especially the door staff

No coat hangers in wardrobe Had a washing machine but no way of hanging up washed clothes as there was no drying rack Stayed 1 week and no offer to change towels Had a single hob cooker but no pan to cook with Tiny cups & bowels which held very little All the mod cons of a nice hotel without the benefits of being in a hotel TV in each room but unless you had a Netflix account or just wanted to watch YouTube it offered nothing Only 1 pillow each but this is obviously personal preference

Too much waiting to get the breakfast... They should hire more people in the kitchen. The TV box didnt work properly...
