This is our fifth time so we obviously like it. It ticks all the boxes as shown in the response to the survey. The best part has always been the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

It’s starting to get a bit run down in the small stuff. Light switches and such. The food at Milagritos has been consistently competent if not scrumptious. However, our first meal was a disappointment, to say the least. The bagoong in the lechon kawali was saltier than the sea and a bit off. But we gave it a pass and soldiered on and the rest of our meals were quite delightful.

The shuttle to MOA is always full, especially the 10AM one. The shower is rather weak sometimes, but probably because my room is on 16th floor, yet it works quite well.

Great points to stay at TRYP Wyndham: (1) The location is great, short walk to the Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a shuttle van every 2 hours for drop off and pickup to/from TRYP hotel to MOA. Located near/in front of corporate buildings (Visa, Amazon) (2). Convenient- Short drive to NAIA International airport via NAIA express road (3). Friendly staff - everyone was super nice, very polite and helpful. (4). Clean and comfortable - rooms are clean, beds are comfy, lounge area is nice (decent size, could get a bit crowded during check out) (5). Free Breakfast buffet- hot Filipino breakfast were delicious

Just a recommendation to maybe add or carve out some space with small work desk in the lounge area (for guests who may need to do a quick business call/meeting).

The stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room we stayed at was exactly what we needed. The room was always cleaned when it was needed. The beds were comfortable (most important) and the room had a good working air conditioner. TV had cable but we didn't spend much time watching TV as there was a lot to do out and see due to this hotel's location. MOA was literally down the road. If you walked the other direction, there was rides and many places to eat as well as a convenience store. The restaurant at the hotel had really nice food and the staff were polite and friendly... Did I mention the reception were also very friendly and hospitable? Thank you Nino, Edward and John Mark for your assistance during our stay :)

There was little to dislike about this hotel. I can honestly say I didn't really have a bad experience during our stay. The smell from the Bay was on the nose on a couple of occasions, but that was it.

Excellent Location, Cleanliness and house keeping service. Granted our late check-out. 99% of staff that we came across within the facility their customer service skills are excellent! Overall we had a wonderful stay.

-Email enquiry reply is very slow. -Phone call from room to Reception unanswered, maybe busy i quess so had to come down to front reception for a quick inquiry. -1x female staff at front reception that we came accross once with our enquiry a little bit snob and she had a look like were not worthy of her time. Was it because we look huggard and out of fashion??? Hmmm.... certainly left a bad impression. Anyway, we got over it and continued to enjoy what the rest of staff and facility got to offer.

I had a King suite, which isn't LARGE, but roomy enough for a stay. The hotel isn't immediately close to the airport, but isn't too far away either. Unfortunately, Manila Bay has a bad smell, which hits you in the face as you leave the hotel, but doesn't enter the room at all. Breakfast was good and convenient with several options.

Traveling internationally, for me over 24 hours, it would have been great if they could accommodate early check-ins. I had to wait an hour in the hotel lobby starring at the depressing news on CNN. To the hotel's benefit, they did check me in an hour early, but after traveling as long as I did, I really needed them to go above and beyond and get me a room so I could shower and nap.

The hotel is close to MOA.They have free shuttle to and from MOA. The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Glen and Josh and all the housekeeping staffs that made my family’s stay so comfortable.

The bathroom is the only thing that I didn’t like. The floor is so slippery, it’s so dangerous for old people and children. The water spills out of the shower area and made a big mess in the toilet area They should provide a rubber mat for the floor and put a shower curtain.

Everything was enjoyable. From the storage space to the city view to the large double beds to the washroom. Staff was helpful 24/7 too. I have no complaints about this hotel as it does provide a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Asia every hour. This hotel is a must especially if you are not from Philippines, but also staying for a bit or for a layover. The professionalism is beyond what you expect so don't be scared and make this a top choice!

The only bad thing I could say was the T.V. maybe the remote was dying for the batteries, but it was hard to change the channels with what we got. I also am not a fan of the card tapping in the elevator in order to go up, but if it is for safety reasons then I completely support it.

The gentleman who check us in is definitely your asset with all smile and professionalism even though one of the room is not ready as we requested for an adjacent room which by the way I only requested upon arrival he still manage to do so. But the feeling of him being very helpful is on the card. The place is clean and very up to date with decor and close to Moa. I love how you provide a free shuttle.

On the other hand the lady that check us in for the second time is not as good. She needs to learn from his leadership, a bit of smile and friendliness will go a long way. She’s not a guard(whom by the way received a warmer welcome) but a receptionist, the representative of your hotel. This is just a positive criticism nothing against her.

The staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast time was great. Perfect location, near to Malls, convenience store and airport. Facilities are good, just needed to add WiFi at rooftop. We stayed at the Loft and it was spacious and clean. Couldn't recommend enough if you want value for your money. Make sure you get a local sim to avail the grab application and you can just order food and grab car transport whenever. Voila.

Needs a shower curtain to avoid water messing on the floor while taking a shower. The cover isn't enough. But this is a minor flaw.
