Booking set-up, like inclusions in breakfast count, 2person are booked in 1room and it says "breakfast included", but upon check-in they will say 1person per room only is free, my 1st time to encounter this, sort of hidden charges in a way...

Our recent stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene ambiance and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property. A particularly memorable highlight was the presence of their two magnificent security dogs, Mico (night shift) and Christian (day shift). They are not only beautiful but also add a unique sense of charm and character to the residence. Their presence contributed greatly to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we experienced during our stay. The property itself is elegantly maintained, offering both comfort and sophistication. The staff were consistently professional and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila is a place we hold in the highest regard, and we look forward to returning. It is a destination we would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay in the city.

2. Type of Stay: Holiday / Leisure Trip (17 nights) 3. Key Highlights / What You Loved Most: Fantastic location, incredibly close to Mall of Asia. Enjoyable walks along the bay with plenty of dining options nearby. Easy access to taxis for exploring Manila, especially convenient with the Grab app (trips rarely exceeded 500 PHP). The Junior Suite was excellent. Lovely buffet breakfast with many options. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Clean and well-maintained pool and leisure facilities on the 11th floor. Bar staff at the pool were always helpful. 4. Room & Comfort: Room Type: Junior Suite Cleanliness: Excellent. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. Comfort: The room was excellent, featuring a separate lounger and TV area, a distinct bedroom with its own TV, and a full shower room with wash facilities. There was also a mini-bar. The toilet was separate and in a Japanese style, which was very convenient. No issues with noise were noted, and the room was overall very comfortable. 5. Service & Staff: The staff in the restaurant were very helpful, proactively offering tea or coffee and ensuring water glasses were topped up. Reception staff and all other hotel staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always offering greetings. Bar staff at the pool were also very helpful. 6. Facilities & Amenities: The pool and leisure facilities are located on the 11th floor. They were found to be clean and well-kept. The pool area itself is very nice, benefiting from its top-floor location. 7. Food & Dining: The food was lovely. Breakfast was served buffet style and offered a wide variety of options to cater to all preferences.

Areas for Improvement Improve the options for meals ordered to the room, as the current selection is limited.

We booked Lanson Place for a short 6 day vacation, and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Check in went very quick and painless. I'm Senior/PWD and was surprised at the care and concern of the Reception staff, for my condition. It was gratefully appreciated. We had booked a one bedroom suite with terrace and bay view. When we entered the suite, we were treated by a lovely cake inscribed with "Happy Anniversary"! What a fantastic beginning to our stay! The suite was amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. Very comfortable and inviting. Great view of the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and included all the necessary utensils and pots and pans to allow us to cook, but we didn't cook, as vacation mode was in full affect! Our first culinary experience was withe the Lanson Lounge. Great canapés and pre-dinner cocktails. Chef ARON does a wonderful job preparing every dish. The staff was so friendly included with the trainees! After a very comfortable sleep, the first morning, we utilized the gym. Very clean and had all of the necessary weights, treadmills etc, to get a good workout. Next stop, after our shower, the famous breakfast buffet.  JEAN, our server was so friendly and helpful. She was exceptional! The buffet exceeded its reputation and our expectations. Food was well displayed and prepared. The selection was great. Each day's breakfast experience gave us a great variety, so it was never boring. MIKO, our house keeper, was fantastic, and kept our room so clean, and provided replacement toiletries and towels quickly. For our Anniversary dinner....WOW! First Ms. LAURA, the assistant Outlet Manager, greatest us warmly. We were made so welcome, and she ensured that JOHNATHAN, our server took care of us with outstanding and unwavering service, which he did exceptionally. We were also surprised with an Anniversary cake!! The entire Lanson staff were so pleasant and friendly. This was definitely ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ service!

We arrived around 14.00 PM and it was a easy check in at 3rd.Floor. After check in a elevator ride to 11th.Floor. We had a room with city view and at 11th floor you also find the sun deck and the infinity pool with Manila Bay view. Also a excercise room on 11th.floor. We was very pleased with our room.With a bed that gave you 100% sleepquality. Breakfast is served on 3rd.floor from 07.00 AM to 09.30 AM. Lots of choices and its something for all kind of tastes. All hotel staff is super friendly and helpfull. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Lanson’s. First, it’s Perfect location, Mall of Asia, is just next door. It’s not directly connected to MOA, but it’s just a few minutes walk. I had a decision fatigue in choosing of which restaurants to eat as there’s plenty of options. The reception is in 3rd floor, it’s clean & smells good . The staff are attentive, friendly and always smiling. Also, there’s an ATM which is Convenient to have in the hotel. We tried breakfast and dinner buffet, it is sufficient but not a lot of options. Still, it has more than we need, so it’s okie. The room is spacious. The bed is not as soft as I am used to, but it’s ok. Big bonus is the washing machine and it has drinking filtered water in the room. The pool and gym are great too. It has a nice view while working out. We enjoyed those facilities. However, the big thing for us, is that they allowed us for early check in (without extra charge), after a long flight, we just want to crashed on our bed. Thus they’re lenient and considerate to their customers. So thank you. We will definitely consider coming back to Lansons on our next visit. 😀

The bed is firm for my liking, pillows are good though. It would be nice to have a spa. The scanning of bags every time you come in seems excessive but it’s tolerable. It’s for safety, so it’s ok.

We loved the location- very short walking distance to Mall of Asia and restaurants. So much to do in this area, especially with kids. Hotel facilities were excellent and a very good Breakfast. Staff were excellent!! The guys in the pool bar were great and Rose N from room cleaning did a fantastic job. But a stand out for me was 1. Kristine Oro (Executive Chef- Lanson Place Manila) Kristine was walking around every breakfast service, interacting with her staff and also with the diners. Kristine was particularly interested in my opinions on the food and even how she could improve the experience. 2. Laura - (Assistant Restaurant Manager) - Laura is definitely a morning person, coming over for a chat and talking to our kids. Very friendly and led by example. I really enjoyed Laura’s personal touch towards my whole family. I’m booking this property again in December. I highly recommend this amazing Hotel.

I’d prefer to check in at the lobby rather than take a lift to level 3 check in. But once I had worked out how to just get one lift from the lobby to my room, it was fine.

The staff was great. They upgraded our rooms, which I appreciate , but our sons don't like to sleep on the same bed. Thus, I book double beds. Kim Hernandez took care of our little problem right away. Everyone on staff was nice and friendly. I would also like to mention Mae during breakfast. She was on right on top of things of whatever we needed, from clearing plates to getting coffee and water. Their breakfast buffet is definitely 5 star quality, probably the best breakfast buffet I've eaten. The hotel is in a great location by Manila Bay and right next to The Mall of Asia, which made our kids very happy. The rooms were very nice and comfy and it has everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again when we come back and visit Manila. I would highly recommend the hotel for its location and price.

Not too much to complain, someone billed lunch to one of our rooms, for being a 5-star hotel, they should at least validate the guest that signed it. It wasn't even close to my last name. It was just a hassle delaying our checkout, but Maureen ( not too sure about the managers name ) was able to take it out of our bill. Also, my son didn't mention it until we left already, but they said they found cigarette butts on the balcony. So, I would recommend checking the balcony for trash when cleaning up the rooms.

The hotel is situated at a 5 minute walk from the very famous SM Mall of Asia - Manila. The location is awesome. Just 20 odd minute drive from the airport and the area is generally very less traffic when compared to the other crazy traffic area of Manila. Because of the proximity to the Massive Mall (6th largest in the world), there are countless options of eateries, bars, shopping, Cafe in the mall itself. The promenade opposite the hotel also has several eateries that are open till late in the night and not very expensive compared to the area that the Hotel is in. We got a studio apartment which had a Big Fridge, Electric Stove, Utensils and a decent size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big and we had a dining table, chair and sofa as well. We got a very decent deal of US 1500 odd for 10 nights with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. The internet was good spee. The staff was very friendly as well. I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and the staff and receptioon staff was kind enough to allow me to charge laptop for 3-4 nights.

We had requested to provide breakfast (No onion no garlic no potato) for 1 person. We were told that it would be arranged. However, we had to inform every day and some days we just didnt get it. It would have been appreciated if something could be arranged without us having to remind the staff every day. Also, it would be much appreciated if the buffet breakfast would have more options for Vegetarians.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolutely perfect experience! The property was spotless, and everything was well-maintained. The staff truly made my stay exceptional—everyone was so friendly, polite, and accommodating, creating such a positive and welcoming environment. A special shoutout to Kim from guest services! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her attentiveness and genuine care really stood out and made a lasting impression. That being said, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

The only thing I would suggest is that if you pay for breakfast, it would be great if the lunch and dinner buffet should be included as well
