We arrived around 14.00 PM and it was a easy check in at 3rd.Floor. After check in a elevator ride to 11th.Floor. We had a room with city view and at 11th floor you also find the sun deck and the infinity pool with Manila Bay view. Also a excercise room on 11th.floor. We was very pleased with our room.With a bed that gave you 100% sleepquality. Breakfast is served on 3rd.floor from 07.00 AM to 09.30 AM. Lots of choices and its something for all kind of tastes. All hotel staff is super friendly and helpfull. Will stay there again.

The hotel is situated at a 5 minute walk from the very famous SM Mall of Asia - Manila. The location is awesome. Just 20 odd minute drive from the airport and the area is generally very less traffic when compared to the other crazy traffic area of Manila. Because of the proximity to the Massive Mall (6th largest in the world), there are countless options of eateries, bars, shopping, Cafe in the mall itself. The promenade opposite the hotel also has several eateries that are open till late in the night and not very expensive compared to the area that the Hotel is in. We got a studio apartment which had a Big Fridge, Electric Stove, Utensils and a decent size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big and we had a dining table, chair and sofa as well. We got a very decent deal of US 1500 odd for 10 nights with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. The internet was good spee. The staff was very friendly as well. I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and the staff and receptioon staff was kind enough to allow me to charge laptop for 3-4 nights.

We had requested to provide breakfast (No onion no garlic no potato) for 1 person. We were told that it would be arranged. However, we had to inform every day and some days we just didnt get it. It would have been appreciated if something could be arranged without us having to remind the staff every day. Also, it would be much appreciated if the buffet breakfast would have more options for Vegetarians.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolutely perfect experience! The property was spotless, and everything was well-maintained. The staff truly made my stay exceptional—everyone was so friendly, polite, and accommodating, creating such a positive and welcoming environment. A special shoutout to Kim from guest services! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her attentiveness and genuine care really stood out and made a lasting impression. That being said, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

The only thing I would suggest is that if you pay for breakfast, it would be great if the lunch and dinner buffet should be included as well

This hotel is a new hotel in Manila with an excellent Location beside MOA, access to & from the hotel was great you make a grab request from the room thin you cone down you find it waiting for you. The room has everything you need with a big fridge. The view from the hotel was breathtaking specially from the 11 floor at the pool side Mr. Emil Irum Manager at the pool and gym was so nice & helpful he will entertain your every need professionally. The breakfast was always nice and the staff was super accommodating.

1. The staff were really accommodating and very caring. Especially the Valet, the guards and the reception. 2. Our room was upgraded since they had a short power outage during the night but we barely noticed such since we were sound asleep. Also, it was our honeymoon that time. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy and the view was sooo awesome. 3. The location was a few minutes walk to MOA. We enjoyed having this accessibility. 4. The rate was really worth the stay. It is rare that we splurge on hotels but since it was our honeymoon, we did splurge just a little with this hotel and it was totally worth it. 5. The food was also good and sulit. 6. We asked for an extension and the granted us. Thank you so much, Lanson Place. We will save up to be able to stay again in your hotel someday. :) But if you'll give us discount why not? HEhehehe

From the stay to the the room everything was amazing. We knew we would be coming in on a redeye so we booked for the night before and were able to check in as soon as we got in at 8am. The breakfast was beyond amazing with made to order soups, eggs and coffee drinks. I’m already planning my next trip back. Room was clean and the shower gel was amazing and robes sooo soft and house slippers to complete the home feel. Kim was there when we checked in and we were lucky enough to see her when we checked out (which they were able to get us a late check out for our night flight home).

very nice and well designed rooms, very clean. the junior suite layout was very well thought of, they have sockets in almost all corners so it was very convenient charging your devices. looks like the room has an energy saving feature which is good for the environment. bed is very comfortable bathroom is well put together, shower set is really cool cyan modern kitchen offers a wide variety of food options for breakfast great location as well

the scent of the soap/shampoo/conditioner (ginger based), it was not bad but it is just not my thing minor issue, they got my welcome card wrong, it was addressed to a different person

First of all, the place is amazing inside and out. The staff were exceptional. Really friendly and easy to talk with. Very helpful also. Answered all the questions asked. The room was big enough to fit for 3-4 people. Everytime we go in and out of the building, it smells amazing. Felt very safe and was near to MOA which was a great touch. Excellent location within walking distance to Mall of Asia. Excellent breakfast. Despite the problem listed below we will likely stay here again next time we visit Manila.

The AC was faulty and tried to cool the room down to 17°C. I had to complain three times before the problem was solved by letting us change room. As compensation we got late checkout which was perfect for us as our flight was leaving late. Since the breakfast was really high end it would have been nice if mangoes had been available. The light in the CR shines through glass into the room which can be disturbing at night.
