Nice location close to the SM Mall of Asia and close enough to the centre of Manila for a cheap Grab journey. Hosts were very accommodating after we needed to extend our stay due to illness and let us stay in the same room and pay after check-out. The room was a nice size and had everything we needed (kitchen, fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine), but the bed and pillows could be a little bit more comfortable for a long-term stay. All in all a good experience.

One staff interaction put a small downer on our stay - after coming back from a meal we were stopped in the lobby by a security guard and asked to provide all the details of our stay, despite having been in and out of the property for the past 4 days and having the key to the room in our hands. The guard had no idea how to operate the reception and we were stood there for over 20 minutes whilst he tried to find our details.

OMG... My favorite place to stay in Pasay MOA area 9.5 my rating for this place I stayed here before and I will go back... Great Staff .... Friendly willing to Help you if you have any questions. So close to Mall of Asia or Baclaran Market and Church. You can take nice walks at Manila Bay. Good Restaurants and Mini Markets right downstairs So much stuff to do here.......wow Can't wait to go Back

Nothing Bad to say about this place

I visited this accomodation a week before and i wanted to stay again. Everything that these people do and how the accomodation is just super good. I feel like a star. Rooms are clean, yet you can also make food. Have a SMART TV for when i raining outside so you can enjoy inside a bit. Good communication with the staff. Even if there is a early check-in. They are there for you. Very, very good.

Nothing! The perfect stay.

Nice and cosy interior, all necessities were available including small snacks and drinks for late night arrivals. Good location close to Mall of Asia and seaside promenade.

Dust on the balcony. The hostess did not have the cash to pay back for the used refreshments, which took too long to fix (approx 40minutes).

A/C was very good. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was very good. Ample cooking facility and dishes. Plenty of storage.

Site was advertised as suitable for 4 people. We were a party od 4 adults. Room had a double bed, couch and a mattress. Room is too small for 4 adults. OK for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small kids. Very cramped for 4 adults. Should be noted. Bathroom was adequate but small.

Only Bad thing is I had to wait for the Key The One Male Host at the desk was not Helpful ..... Make sure You have the phone number to call the Host for your rental unit

Staff was very easy to deal with. Very courteous and polite, and made sure they understood what we needed. Very nice people. Unit we stayed in was very clean, and had everything that we needed readily available to us. Few minor issues that could be overlooked but overall, it was a perfect place for me and my wife, and our needs.

Everything was great, I stay here before, So when I always come to Philippines, I look to stay to here, Staff is Fantastic also... Thank You once again...... Aaron

I liked everything for Me nothing was bad...

Great location, walking distance from SM Mall and restaurants.

The directions were a little confusing, I was supposed to be met at either tower 2 or 3, I ended up at tower 2 which was the wrong place. I then had to walk to tower 3.

I like the staff,not hard to communicate them.Thank you specially miss Jane and Rose❤️❤️❤️ I like everything inside the room. I like strong connection wifi.I like the cool of aircon.I like the location.
