The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to support you in anything you need. The food they cook is super delicios! What we ate and drank, we told them to book on our room number and payed at checkout. Card payment is accepted with 2-3% commission. We thought of just asking at the reception about some trips to book, but Josephine spoke with some turist guides and she provided the best options to organize the activities + prices. We ended up booking what she suggested and it was the best decision. The guides we had for our trips were great! They do not offer laundry services at the hotel, but they took your clothes to another place and the price was super cheap, we got the clothes back the next day. Their ‘back yard’ offers the best sundown views on the island. The hotel is cozy, quiet, one can definitely relax here.

Not the greatest rooms.

The hut was great! Very spacious and well taken care of. The whole property, both inside our hut and in the common areas, were very clean. The pool was great and breakfasts were good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It is far from the center, 25 minute or more walk. It is not a bad walk but might be worth being closer to town as near the hotel there is only one restaurant and no supermarkets or anything else . The hotel also seems to be on the beach as commented on booking.com, but it does not have a beach . The water just ends where the hotel begins but there is no way to get in as the whole bottom of the ocean surrounding the hotel is rocks and coral and it’s a boat area , not a swim area. We felt this was false marketing and disappointing.

Me and my husband loved our stay at Bonita Oasis. The room was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great, far from the chaos but just 12 minutes away from the Main Street. The staff is nice and welcoming, we liked the included breakfast and also tried their homemade food at the restaurant, really tasty. It was also good to have a pool and a small private beach. Def recommended!

Wi-Fi was the only thing not working properly in the room, it was working in the common areas.

Location was perfect, by the beach, close to the town, quiet and peaceful at night.

No power generator when there’s a black out. There was no electricity for almost 8 hours during our second night of stay. No light alternatives provided. We’ve stayed 4 nights in the property but our beddings and towels weren’t changed, rooms weren’t checked to be cleaned daily. The shower room smelled of sewage so we had to keep the door closed the whole time. Electrical sockets were quite dodgy in two of the rooms.

The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort. It was so spacious, cosy and colorful. Breakfast was very good - I could request my preferences instead of regulars. I enjoyed having leisurely breakfast overlooking the swimming pool and the beach. Restaurant menu was OK -I ate three times. I am very grateful for organizing the transfer to/from Moalboal by an AC-d taxi at a relatively reasonable price -it is a long ride from/to Cebu City, and the driver was helpful to take me to some shopping locations prior to taking me to the airport. Also, I really liked that the reception organized tours for me for only two days of my stay and how an individual pickup was by moto bikes. Very much enjoyed both tours -canyoneering and turtle and sardine swim. If I stayed longer I am sure I would enjoy going out nearby -it is conveniently close to bars and eateries. The fact that I could pay at the hotel and adjust length of my stay was very handy considering that I had to reshuffle my plans. Thank you for accommodating my plans!

The room - the only thing that disturbed me was a lizard that got into my room before I fell asleep ;-). Also, need to inform/warn guests about dogs in the hotel area - I am not afraid but was scared to death when a dog jumped out in front of me, in the dark. The beach looked like sand on the photos but it was rocks. Nonetheless, enjoyed walking in the shallow waters and watching crabs and starfish, and enjoyed the view. Restaurant menu is OK but tuna should be fresh -it was chewy despite lots of sauce.

The whole staff was an absolute delight. Everyone was super friendly and helped us out with everything we wanted to explore. They even managed to organize a birthday cake for my daughter and surprised her with a nice little chant and a balloon.

Some foods weren’t available, but it wasn’t their fault. The weather was sometimes too rough, which is why the delivery couldn’t make it to their resort.

Nice old fashion hôtel with good amneties. Room was cold at check in (like 20 degre) Bed comfortable Good wifi in room + arround Fridge, safety box, storage, fan +aircon, Team was great and helpfull Josephine was an Angel Breakfast offer a lot of option and sea view !!! Nice swiming pool Main attraction (sardine run + bar nightlife)are 25 min walking distance or 5 min motorbike. By night you need a light The aera is very quiet and peacefull Free Drinking Water available Very nice garden

The beach access is difficult you need shoes The road to join the hotel is bumpy But the feeling of the place is a 9/10.

Heavy breakfast was so nice & dinner too. We enjoyed it much. 1st room no TV so we moved. Need to provide each room coz my other family don't have iit while staying there. Beach front was wonderful. Overlooking even it's rocky not fully sand. We liked the pool as well. Enjoyed swimming even not deep water. Price to stay was very affordable & worth it.

Poor water pressure & shower head need to clean.

The location of the resort is nice as it's in the quiet area of Moalboal but not far from the hustle and bustle of the local restaurants, bars and sardine run. The room we had is quite spacious and breakfast is good. Although it is beachfront, we didn't get to swim as it's best to go in during high tide. I recommend wearing swim shoes if you want to swim in the sea.

Shortstaffed.

Quiet location in a rural area by the shore, where all I could hear in the early mornings were the sounds of birds and a few roosters, as well as the lulling waves of the sea. It’s also nice to go snorkeling in the nearby waters. I also loved the breakfast meals provided in the Al fresco restaurant. But the best thing about this resort is the staff! They were ALL kind and wonderful. Just ask them if you need anything, like a shuttle or ride to nearby places like the sardine run in Panagsama Beach, or to the White Sand Beach, or even further, and they’ll help arrange those for you.

I did not mind that there was no TV in our room, though other people might expect that. There was a mini-fridge, but it would have been nice to have a microwave too.
