I really liked the surroundings of the resort and the sea view. The Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was just right. The WiFi was also surprisingly good. The staff was simply amazing. Extremely kind and helpful. This and the view of the sea were the best things in the hotel.

So you enter the room and everything looks as expected, nice! But once you enter the bathroom you question its purpose of existence. You were greeted by a bucket and a barely-pressure-running water. And because of that low pressure you had to practically bathe yourself with the help of the bucket. Also the road leading to the Hotel was in horrible condition. The value for money was unfair. For such a hotel the price should definitely be lower.

I stayed 5 nights at Kasai Village and had a great time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with arranging transport/transfers. The rooms are a little dated but are spotless and cleaned every day. Amazing views of the sea from the outside patio. The dive staff were incredible and really made me feel at ease as I am still relatively new to diving. I had a refresher course and two dives with a 1:1 instructor. The resort is a little way out from the main town but the staff will help arrange a tuk tuk. The road out is a little rough and bumpy but I managed on a scooter. If I was in the area again, I would return.

Breakfast could be better and the shower pressure was not good!

The location was fine we had our own car for transport so going in to town was no problem for us. The staff was very helpful for what ever needs you needed for planning your day. The pool was great and refreshing from the heat of the day. We had the seaside room which was very comfortable.

The breakfast was fine, my only complaint was on Saturday our eggs and bacon was served cold when we received it. On Sunday we mist the breakfast hours that ended at 0930 which I see kind of short for breakfast hours, we arrived at 1015 and the only way we could have breakfast was to pay for it, I refused as we had breakfast included in our stay. The road leading to the resort is in bad shape but still ok to travel on. The front gate is closed at 10PM so you had to unlatch it to come in after hours which was a bit difficult to do but we manage.

We loved the setting here, really well designed and really well thought out. It’s too far to walk to Panagsama or Moalboal so you need to get a tuk tuk each time, but it’s easy enough. Staff were all great, helpful, friendly, efficient. Our outside space with comfortable chairs looking out over the sea was especially cool. Breakfast was excellent and the choice of breakfast equally good. Really enjoyed our stay here and could easily have stayed longer.

Just be on your guard about the dogs and cats entering your room. Everything else is so good.

The staff were all amazing and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the Philippines.

There was a bit of a mix up with a Whale Shark tour, and it transpired the hotel gave us some incorrect advice which meant we ended up not being able to see them, which was a shame. The hotel is close to town, but it isn't walkable and organising trike's can take some time.

The staff here were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel's interior design truly impressed us. The authentic Philippine style, featuring bamboo wood and furniture, created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our room with an ocean view was a delight. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience. The food was of excellent quality, served in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The staff at the restaurant were also very attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a delicious and satisfying selection. The hotel's pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing. While the nearby beach wasn't ideal for swimming, the hotel's professional and knowledgeable dive center made up for it. We had an amazing diving experience, and the staff even went above and beyond by helping us arrange babysitting while we dove.

A heads-up for future guests: The road leading to the hotel can be a bit rough. It's not something the hotel can control, but you might want to consider arranging a "tok-tok" (local transportation) to reach the nearby village. The front desk staff were happy to help us arrange this, although the ride is bumpy.

The location is fantastic and the view and sunset is wonderful. I have to say, it’s the staff that made this place so nice for us, also . EVE and EDA were super nice in reception. And MACKOY , in the restaurant was a sweet and very nice guy giving us lots of info from around the area. His service was terrific and he was a joy to see when we showed up for a drink or meal. Always a smile and a kind greeting. A gem. Thank you!

It was all nice, but the shower and toilet were not flowing so well. But I think they fixed it.

Clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Wide and comfortable bed. Our room had separate small terrace with a sea view. Good breakfast. There are a lot of places you can leave your car. Big, deep and great swimming pool with lawn chairs. Friendly and helpful staff.

Localisation (lack of shops and restaurants in the vincinity). The resort is placed in some distance from the Moalboal town centre. Lack of TV in the room. Some parts of the resort need to be renewaled (bathrooms).

Breakfast was good and offered both Filipino and Western. Kasai is a great resort for divers and especially Tec divers although it is suitable for all levels. Lunch ad dinner offered plenty of choices. The mangoes and papaya was always fresh. Plenty of seafood. A very nice pool for the family and kids to lounge and play in. Rooms were airy with a wonderful view of the ocean. The location has a great view of the coastline and low and high tides and is large with plenty of garden. Although was badly hit by a typhoon a few years ago it is coming back nicely. Pescador has wonderful gorginias and fan corals even if the stag corals are not back yet. We had whale shark, eagle rays, sea snakes and plenty of small stuff like pipe fish, nudibranchs, etc on our dives. Thye have a spacious camera room to setup and store those larger camera rigs. The owner Michael is a dedicated Tec diver and CCR instructor. A wealth of knowledge for divers at all levels. The access to SDI/TDI diver/instructors brings a new step of excellence and safety practices to divers mainly exposed to PADI run cert factories that so many dive centers are. As a PADI instructor and TDI Tec diver I see a higher level of professionalism at Kaisai Village where even the reception staff experienced dive masters.

The road access is quite bumpy. The city should work hard to add a beach walkway all along the ocean. It would make Moalboal even more attractive and easier to move around.

The view and the diving experience. Eric & Allen were awesome dive instructors and guides. We could do a late check-in. All staff at resort were super helpful and friendly. Organised our entire stay itinerary for us 😇 Organised all the outside activities as well.

Food was good, but expensive. Bathroom shower mixer was not at all a good setup.
