Clean and walking distance to Alona Beach.

The public road going to the property is absolutely horrendous. Extremely uneven and dusty. We have elderly people with us during the trip. Taking a cab/ tricycle could be an option but it is ridiculously expensive. 150php for 2-3 minute ride. The local government of Bohol should control prices for fare and goods and put the taxes paid to good use.

The place is very new, therefore everything is very clean. The staff are super helpful with any requests or questions you may have. The pool is very clean and nice to have away from the busy streets. of Panglao. The location is right in the middle of the business that is Panglao, but it's down a quiet road. King size beds that were super firm are the best ones I experienced in the Philippines.

The road down to the location is very bumpy. Do not walk down with your bags. Either get a tuk tuk or a car/van.

I think the property should try to make easier to get around. It’s off the A road on a muddy traffic filled dirt road. Property should provide standing complementary Tuk Tuk at least to the main road.

They cleaned our room and changed our towels and blankets every day, ensuring everything was very clean. The staff members were also very helpful and kind.

The road to the hotel is dirt and there is a lot of dust.

-The road to access the property was very bumpy with holes in the road that filled with water when it rained and made it muddy. -There were loud noises from the back of property, not sure what these loud bangs were but very loud and disturbing, also lots of roosters that were loud in the morning -No safe in rooms. -No lamps in rooms, which meant bright ceiling lights -Food at cafe not served past 3pm which was a shame -Milkshakes were not great, 90% milk and lacked flavour

Lovely small hotel off the main Alona Beach strip, pool was really nice with plenty of loungers and the food is very good too. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean. It’s nice to be a bit away from the main road as the strip is CRAZY 24 hours a day. Room is a great size with good air con, balcony was useful for drying wet clothes. It’s about 35 mins from the port (OceanJet) and only 10 minutes to the airport, the hotel arranged our transfers and it went very smoothly. Great place to stay if you want to be near the action but far enough out so its not super noisy.

As most other people have mentioned the road to the property is pretty bad but this is common for hotels that are off of the main strip. We hired a scooter and the road was ok with the scooter.

I liked how prompt the staff were to reply with my questions when I messaged them using the Booking.com app. They were very attentive as well to our needs like giving us extra rugs and hand soaps when we requested them. The staff were friendly and smiling. We rented the villa. I liked how clean everything was fron the vicinity to inside the rooms ; we liked as well the spacious living room and the 2 rooms. They allowed us to store our luggages in the front desk area when we checked out as we still wanted to go to Tagbilaran. We liked how big the serving was in their resto. Even though it was a little bit pricey, 1 order could be good for 2 already. We liked the cleanliness of the pool.

The road going to Tamarind (around 8-minute walk from the main road) was not yet paved and it was very bumpy which of course is not in control by the hotel. Moreover, the hotel does not offer wash/dry services for clothes, but there is a 10 minute walk laundry service nearby. Also, it was difficult for those old people and those with big luggages and staying in the third floor, as there was no elevator. Furthermore, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the rooms which we just bought in a nearby convenience store.

We loved the pool. It was spacious and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and clean. We enjoyed the food as well.. especially the banana pancakes… huge portions too. We didnt mind that they closed at 3 as we were able to explore other restaurants in the evening, such as Oasis. My partner and I were both working remotely and the wifi worked great, just a teensy bit slow for my video call, but otherwise it worked very well.

Everyone writes about the road and we agree. Definitely wear shoes you dont mind getting muddy into town.

We were here for a total of 10 nights. Had booked 5 in advance and owing to a typhoon had to extend for another 5. The pool was under annual maintenance during the 2nd leg of the trip - they upgraded us during this period and gave us a discount since the pool wasn't functional :) We stayed in 2 rooms - one with a kitchen (pool view) and one without the kitchen (garden view). Both had great air conditioning and heated water. The staff would clean the rooms daily and give fresh towels. The bedding was changed every 2 days I think. The in-room kitchen was well equipped. As vegetarians, we couldn't eat a lot at the restaurant so can't comment on that very well but the pancakes were good.

Just the final few meters to the property are a little rugged/bumpy - but we enjoyed our walks/scooter rides

Very good hotel in bohol . The location is excellent in a quiet place and 7 min from the city center. You need to walk a little bit on a dirt road . For me it was o.k . The room is big and nice + nice porch with beautiful views .

The bed is very low and not so comfortable. I felt like in the army . The dirt road to the hotel is o.k as I mentioned but there's no sign along the road about tamarind hotel. There's signes of other hotels and apartments but not tamarind . It was nice if they van had a sign about the hotel so people will not think they are on the wrong road .
