Clean and walking distance to Alona Beach.

The public road going to the property is absolutely horrendous. Extremely uneven and dusty. We have elderly people with us during the trip. Taking a cab/ tricycle could be an option but it is ridiculously expensive. 150php for 2-3 minute ride. The local government of Bohol should control prices for fare and goods and put the taxes paid to good use.

The place is very new, therefore everything is very clean. The staff are super helpful with any requests or questions you may have. The pool is very clean and nice to have away from the busy streets. of Panglao. The location is right in the middle of the business that is Panglao, but it's down a quiet road. King size beds that were super firm are the best ones I experienced in the Philippines.

The road down to the location is very bumpy. Do not walk down with your bags. Either get a tuk tuk or a car/van.

I think the property should try to make easier to get around. It’s off the A road on a muddy traffic filled dirt road. Property should provide standing complementary Tuk Tuk at least to the main road.

They cleaned our room and changed our towels and blankets every day, ensuring everything was very clean. The staff members were also very helpful and kind.

The road to the hotel is dirt and there is a lot of dust.

First of all, this place is one of the hidden gems in Bohol because of the overall quality of service they have. All the staff are helpful and friendly. It's satisfying to see that they are happy as well with their work and it reflects on how they treat their guests. The hospitality and their attentiveness is so much better than what you receive in higher end chains. The food and drinks they serve are also good so it's worth trying their menu. The place is always clean in and out. They have good communication among staff. The security is also well monitored 24/7. This is one of the places that we will definitely go back to.

The staff is very nice and always cleaning. The property, the pool and the room are very clean. The room is basic but has what you need. We had a balcony that looks toward the airport with lots of greenery so it was quite private which we really liked instead of looking at the pool and into the other units across from the pool. Only heard the planes a couple of times, the roosters were louder than the airport. Food was ok, we only ate their once.

The location is a bit of a pain. I don't mind the walking distance, it's the road that is a pain!!!! There are a LOT of potholes so when it rains they become huge mud puddles.

-The road to access the property was very bumpy with holes in the road that filled with water when it rained and made it muddy. -There were loud noises from the back of property, not sure what these loud bangs were but very loud and disturbing, also lots of roosters that were loud in the morning -No safe in rooms. -No lamps in rooms, which meant bright ceiling lights -Food at cafe not served past 3pm which was a shame -Milkshakes were not great, 90% milk and lacked flavour

Lovely small hotel off the main Alona Beach strip, pool was really nice with plenty of loungers and the food is very good too. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean. It’s nice to be a bit away from the main road as the strip is CRAZY 24 hours a day. Room is a great size with good air con, balcony was useful for drying wet clothes. It’s about 35 mins from the port (OceanJet) and only 10 minutes to the airport, the hotel arranged our transfers and it went very smoothly. Great place to stay if you want to be near the action but far enough out so its not super noisy.

As most other people have mentioned the road to the property is pretty bad but this is common for hotels that are off of the main strip. We hired a scooter and the road was ok with the scooter.

I liked how prompt the staff were to reply with my questions when I messaged them using the Booking.com app. They were very attentive as well to our needs like giving us extra rugs and hand soaps when we requested them. The staff were friendly and smiling. We rented the villa. I liked how clean everything was fron the vicinity to inside the rooms ; we liked as well the spacious living room and the 2 rooms. They allowed us to store our luggages in the front desk area when we checked out as we still wanted to go to Tagbilaran. We liked how big the serving was in their resto. Even though it was a little bit pricey, 1 order could be good for 2 already. We liked the cleanliness of the pool.

The road going to Tamarind (around 8-minute walk from the main road) was not yet paved and it was very bumpy which of course is not in control by the hotel. Moreover, the hotel does not offer wash/dry services for clothes, but there is a 10 minute walk laundry service nearby. Also, it was difficult for those old people and those with big luggages and staying in the third floor, as there was no elevator. Furthermore, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the rooms which we just bought in a nearby convenience store.

We loved the mini-resort feel. To be clear, it's a basic stay with a nice pool, no surrounding property. But the very kind, smiling staff make it all feel extra special. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious cold drink (I think it was tamarind juice). Then shown to our room which was minimal and basic but very clean and absolutely free of clutter. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and got to enjoy some incredible sunsets. The pool area is very relaxing- a little oasis. Wifi worked well!
