We especially loved the flexibility of the staff in arranging day trips and scheduling around multiple constraints. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with us. We also loved the floor water fountain. It was easy to refill our water bottles whenever needed, get hot water for tea and this also reduces the plastic waste you get with the bottled water in rooms. Great idea all around and the first time we've seen it in a hotel. We also loved the breakfast, even though we tended to leave a little too early to fully enjoy it every day of our stay.

The big soap and shampoo containers are super welcome and we appreciated the reduced plastic waste. It would be nice to have an additional soap container right next to the sink as well. It's a bit awkward to go into the walk in shower to get soap to wash your hands at the sink.

We booked this hotel because it is located centrally and close to the cathedral where we had our wedding ceremony. But it's also not far from the baywalk and other interesting places. Since we needed more space so that our guests could change and prepare, additional rooms were rented to us during the day and at a fair price. The use of the rooms is therefore flexible and that was a big help for us. We were also able to adjust bookings at short notice and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Furthermore it's a very safe place. Without a key card you can't even use the elevator and the reception is constantly manned. There is also a garage for vehicles.

This time I have nothing to complain about :-)

The staff attitude was great. My flight was late by 8 hours and landed just before 00:00 but the hotel still managed to arrange free transportation for me from the airport. The hotel is close to the airport and walking distance from the baywalk. Room was on the small side but looked very new, bright lights, great bed and bathroom. Good wifi. Also very secure place.

A mini fridge and some water bottles in the room could be helpful. Also could be more 'western' options for breakfast (but it's similar to most hotel I visited on the Philippines)

I highly recommend this hotel. While the price may be higher compared to other hotels, the services, facilities, and staff are excellent! They offer valuable advice and assistance. The staff is highly responsive. A day before our originally scheduled check-in, we had to cancel our first day due to an extension in El Nido. Despite Booking's rule of a 50% refund for canceled bookings, the hotel did not charge us. Additionally, they provide free airport transport to and from the hotel. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the menu changes daily. The location is perfect as it is within the town center, not too close and not too far from the market, but highly accessible (you can stroll going to places). The hotel has event rooms available, perfect for your celebrations or trainings or meetings, etc! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Great comfy beds 10/10 and slept so well great central location.

Breakfast. Fresh milk and juice locked in fridge. Had to have creamer in tea. Horrible. Fruit salad was rubbish. Lots of nice local fruit but not given. Had a mouldy bit of Apple, some slices of orange and 2 grapes. Could have improved with yoghurt, granola and decent fruit. Also milk!

Central location, close to shopping mall 10 walk for any requirement and seaside with a lot of restaurants option. Staff are very helpful for local area advice and arrange tours. I hugely appreciated  the receptionist Miss Regine help, very professional high skills with excellent experiences.

Half of the breakfast I don’t like which I’m vegetarian and seafood but half of perfect.

Good buffet breakfast, clean rooms, really nice small cafe on ground floor, polite staff, good location near the airport in the City center.

The window was exactly nest to a karaoke bar which operated from early evening untill 3-4am and it was loud. We ordered an airport trsnsfer for 6am but for some reason the taxi did not yet arrived at 6:30 when we decided to grab a tricycle taxi ourselves and get to the airport in 10 minutes.

Modern, Clean, Cozy. The rooms are everything as expected, and the bathrooms are amazing with being modern and clean. The hotel is newly built so I was skeptical with booking here as it didn’t have many reviews but I’m glad i did because the stay was great. The buffet breakfast is in the penthouse and food is clean and hot, you also can view the city from up there. The staff at the top were very formal and always served with a smile. The WiFi was fast and efficient. There was even free Netflix on the smart tv in the room! The location was good, you could walk to the bay walk and SM or restaurants close by, however there’s not much to do there as I was only there for the underground river.

Reception Staff could be more welcoming each time you go in and out.

Cleanliness was great!! Very comfortable and has what you need for a quick stop. I needed to stay one day, to do the underwater river tour and be close to the airport, and it full filled its purpose. Cleanliness was the most important for me.

Limited options at breakfast in case it’s included. But whatever was available was fresh.
