Loved the location and the seaside view from our room (Room H26). The location was fantastic. Easy for pick ups and drop offs when going on tours like island hopping. Really convenient and sweet staff/workers too. Breakfast was great as well!

The water temperature could have been hotter, especially for shower and bathing in the tub. The staff needs to ensure, double check & communicate hotel package prices effectively to avoid guests paying more than expected. Requests for new towels and toilet paper would take long to fulfill, sometimes having to call the front desk twice for casual reminders.

I had a pleasant 2-night stay at the property. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The room size was generous and well-suited for both rest and getting some work done. The hotel's location is also convenient—easily accessible and close to key areas in the city.

A couple of areas for improvement would make future stays even better. The bed could be more comfortable; adding a mattress topper would go a long way. Additionally, enhancing the breakfast buffet with a few more options—like soup or a simple salad—would be appreciated, especially for guests staying more than one night. Overall, I had a good experience. Thank you to the team for the hospitality.

Room service was immediate. Bathroom was huge and fully modern with freestanding tub, shower, toilet and sink. View of harbour. Room was made up every day and didn't need to ask. Breakfast satisfactory and service once again very prompt. Ample underground car parking. 2 laundries nearby. SM Mall and Bayfront restaurants in walking distance.

Beds were firm. Neighbourhood is downmarket. For hotel taxi pick-up you need to exit arrivals, turn right, walk to end, cross road, go past taxis to the very far side to be greeted by driver as they are not allowed in the arrivals area or even outside.

The staff are one the hotel’s golden assets. They bend over backwards to please ALL reasonable requests. The hotel manager is very approachable. We initially had “noise problems “ from outside street constructions. We were told we couldn’t get a room transfer because they’re fully booked, & we could see why they’re popular. The booking manager Michelle Mahusay together with the Manager Leo Amante solved it for us. We are over the moon with the service. When we get back to Australia, we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends & relatives We’ve been looked after so well, we felt like coming home

It would be good if they have a swimming pool, but it’s not a big thing for us

Clean and bright rooms, very helpful staff.

At breakfast we asked for tea. One pot came luke warm, the other was OK (we could only get one cup out of each pot). When we asked for a 2nd pot to replace the cold one we were told we would have to pay for it or provide our own tea bags. We pointed out that the original one was cold but it made no difference the girl spoke to the manager and came back with the same response. Annoying since you could have as much coffee as you wanted, but we don't drink coffee. I don't understand why they were so petty over a cup of tea with a buffet breakfast?

Location is the main plus, all the main spots are within walking distance. Very spacious room and a big and long bed. The AC works well and is very quiet. The accommodation, restaurant and rest of the hotel are very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Toilet door doesn’t close at all, so there is no privacy. The bed mattress was as hard as a rock, I saw lots of complaints about it and I don’t know why they didn’t do anything. The room with a balcony facing the street is noisy but earplugs do the trick. Watch out because some inner bedrooms don’t have a window at all! Breakfast was average and there are no healthy options to choose

Room was great, and the buffet breakfast and dinner was outstanding with really helpful friendly service. And the very nearby Baywalk Park while very ordinary looking by day has a fantastic lively atmosphere in the evening, with lots of eateries and market stalls Getting around the city proved to be very easy by hiring tricycles in the street. This was very well priced and the drivers were great and charged local rates (personally we like the mutual respect of giving a nice tip to drivers like that, rather than feeling you are forced to overpay from the outset).

In the absence of car taxis in the street, we had to figure it out for ourselves that the tricycle taxis are fantastic. We assumed that, as is the case in CDO, each tricycle was probably plying a particular route, but in fact they would take you anywhere at all. The hotel reception staff were not forthcoming with this info and appeared to be incentivised to call a taxi at non-meter rates.

The hotel is in a great location in centre of Puerto Princesa. The room was big and very clean and has a view over the bay. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great, there was someone to cook your eggs, and there was a selection of other savoury and sweet items.

The beds were a bit hard. The first room we were in was getting some smoke from a building outside which was annoying. When we asked to be moved to another room they were very helpful, and the next room was fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

It is a nice option for staying in the downtown of Puerto Princessa, close to Baywalk and Plaza Cuatel and shopping center.

There were multiple problems with payment - first we received a fraudulent message via booking.com asking to provide card details (on a page that was pretending to be booking.com). Then in the hotel there was no working POS machine, so staff told us that they will need to write card details on some paper and process manually (they have shown us sone memo from their management), but as after the first incident this seem to be even more suspicious we ended up paying via cash.

The rooms are in excellent conditions and clean. I was surprised. The breakfast is a little bit shy but good. The staff in general around the hotel are friendly and welcoming - exception being the reception staff.

I did not appreciate that I booked a deluxe room only to learn on the spot that they were all booked. They just informed me and gave me no choice besides a twin room. The room was great anyway, but it wasn’t what I booked/paid for.
