The internet signal is not good. They try to improve that. The aircon is very loud, but well...

Great place to stay, the staff is super friendly and helpful ! Helped us book a day trip and gave good recommandations. Room is spacious and comfortable and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend for a stay in Puerto Princesa

Location, cleanliness, staff and services. We stayed just one night. Our room was very comfy and well located(few minutes walking to the baywalk). The staff was the best part of this place. We managed to visit the underground river only thanks to their help. We arrived in PPS too late to join a tour, but they provided us all the info about the park and organized for us a private pick up to get there. Furthermore I injured my foot and the lady working at the reception was so kind to go to the pharmacy to get betadine late at night also if her work shift was over. So thankfull for everything! I highly recommend.

From the moment we arrive we felt welcome. They offered us to change our room for a quieter one with no extra cost to ensure we were comfortable. The personnel was first-class. They helped us throughout our stay by managing the tours and transfers for us. The appartment itself was quite good and comfortable. All was working properly; wifi, shower, all very clean. It is also conveniently located close to the promenade and next to a very nice café (eightynine café) where breakfasts were superb. I would recommend it to fellow travellers and I would stay in the Balayong pension again in the future.

Nothing to complain about

The staff is the most helpful, humble and sweetest I have ever met in the Philippines. They were very caring and always available. They helped us book all the tours and transportation and catered to our every need. If the room lacked some feature, the staff more than made up for it, doing their best and beyond to make us feel comfortable. For the human interaction, this place is a strong recommendation.

The street can be noisy but that's every downtown in the Philippines and they provide you with earplugs.

The staff is everything! The girls are so beautiful and helpful, they are always smiling and ready to help. The room was super clean and tidy, towels and sheets clean. They give you a little bottle of water and a bag with amenities. Keep in mind if you book a balcony room will be noisy, the street has a lot of traffic (like everywhere in the Philippines). They provide you with earplugs, so once I put them on I was fine. The aircon was very loud, but I was okay with the earplugs. The pension is well located, few minutes walk from the Baywalk, where you can find food & markets. The main road is around the corner with plenty of more shops. They also offer breakfast in a cute little coffee shop next door. So nice and again, the girl serving was so beautiful! She plays Taylor Swift music (which I love!) I absolutely loved my stayed here, I even came back from an extra night when I returned from el Nido (as my flight was the next day). The girls received me with their best smile :) I would definitely recommend to stay here!

The staff was super helpful, they even gave me a complimentary breakfast because I booked a big room just for myself. I liked that they sell some essentials and snacks at the reception and the location is super central just 5 mins walk from the promenade/sea front. There is also a cafe next door from the same owners where you can get 15% discount.

The only thing missing was that there wasn't a top bed sheet provided, just the bottom. However they had a small blanket but it is a bit too warm considering the weather.

The location is very close to PP baywalk. Walkable distance to nearby eateries and shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of them even walked with me a distance away to help me get on the correct jeepney to my destination. Room is of nice size and comfortable with everything I needed. FOC water dispenser available.

Need to climb on the chair to reach and turn on/off the air conditioner which you can't change the temperature.

The staff were so lovely at this property, being very helpful with any tours or transport that you want. They even have cheap snacks and drinks to buy which was very useful. The room was a good size with air con and a good pressure shower. It was also in a good location, being able to walk to most places. You also get 15% off the cafe next door which do the best food and we went there several times!!

The bed was a little small but other than that it was great.

It is a pension so do not expect anything luxurious The only thing that bothered me is the loud AC : it’s an old type and it is crazy loud and noisy
