When I arrived I received a nice welcome. I liked my room on the beachfront, which was clean and fresh. The bungalow had a little seating area outside plus quiet fridge and kettle and hairdryer. I didn’t need to use the aircon or overhead fan because it was naturally cool and breezy, but the air conditioning unit looked modern. I liked all the different areas to relax on the cliff top as well as the garden. Both areas had plenty of shade. The food was delicious and came with good size portions. Beer was cold. It was all served with a smile! All the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, making a special effort to chat and be welcoming. Thank you all for making my stay happy and memorable. I wish I had booked more days to chill out at your place!

One improvement would be to empty the bathroom bin more frequently. When leaving I received helpful but conflicting advice on the best route to Tagbilaran from two different staff members. In the daytime they said to take the tuktuk to Anda and catch a van from there in order to get a good seat at the start of the journey. In the evening the staff member booking the tuktuk told me it’s better to go to Guindelman as there are more vans. In the morning the tuktuk driver himself said there are no vans from Anda only the big bus (takes 2.5-3 hours) so we should go to Guindelman. It all worked out fine for me, but if you have time pressure to get a ferry or flight just be clear which route works best for the time of day you’re going.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was some miscommunication on our booking as we thought the price included breakfast. They happily deducted the extra payment on our breakfast bill which I thought was very nice of them. I also liked that they have a ping pong table, a billiards table, and a basketball hoop to add some fun things to do at the property. Awesome cliff view as well. Food was good value and very yummy, too.

The price is a bit up there for what you get, but I understand that's because there aren't a lot of stays yet in Anda.

Stones throw from the sea and some small beaches. Lots of areas to sit inside and just outside the property and decent food menu and refreshment offering. Bungalow itself was very dark. The bunglows are quite close together so the windows are misted and curtains were closed when we arrived but opening them didn’t make much difference due to the windows. Quite small but typical of similar priced accommodation and everything you could need. A shower screen to stop the whole bathroom getting wet would be nice

The staff were super helpful and excellent. We stayed during the week, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the place was fully booked, we hardly ever saw anyone. I spent a lot of time reading in hammocks. The area on the cliff is the best, great shade with amazing views. Everything we needed was there except for laundry service. However, we never had to leave. Located next door to a dive shop which was very convenient for us. The staff and solitude of the location make it the best!

The road is VERY BUMPY. Go slow - we had a car and it was no issue for us. If you ride a tricycle or moto, be careful. If you have a lot of bags or many bags, I do not recommend walking. However the difficulty of the road contributes to the solitude of the location. My parents stayed in the hut closest to the dining area. The hut had a few steep stairs with no railing. I wish there was a railing for safety. There is a shared bathroom - It could use a good scrubbing. But, I appreciated the employees cleaning the bathrooms many times a day. One may have to wait to use the facilities when it is busy or the weekend.

Thank you for accommodating me. Such a breather from a busy Talent Acquisition Director to just someone savoring the beautiful scenery of the spectacular place. - booked by my brother for my grieving soul, this place helped me heal. The last 4 days were just so peaceful; so very peaceful. Emad’s always attentive checking if everything’s all right while Myra’s genuinely concerned - made me relieved knowing there’s a guard on duty at night. Prior to knowing this, it was spooky AF at night (not that the place was scary, but as a solo woman traveler in a far place from the metro, and not being used with just luscious trees, waves, and the occasional dog barking at the background) scared the F out of me. LOL. The food serving was huge. Good for 2 to 3 people at a very reasonable price. I’m excited to go back. I’ll surely will with my 2 boys. I wish you more guests and non-stop expansions in the future, Emad! 🌊 XOXO - Alexis

Wonderful staff. Really nice owner. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food cooked on site, which was very affordable and pleasant. Location situated right on a lovely beach. Plenty of power points in room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Billiards, Table Tennis and Basketball. So, plenty to occupy people, if bored. There is an on site snack shop. Which again, is reasonably priced. Also, motorbike and kayak hire, if feeling a little more adventurous. Very homely. A little haven away from the hustle and bustle of life. I would highly recommend.

Toilet facilities were quite far away from my cabin. Which was ok during the day. But quite difficult at night time. As a more mature person with frequent urination habits, this made things a little tricky for me. Also perhaps, more selection in the snack shop would be good. Though the owner told me that they have to take long trips to buy stock to stock the shop up. So, they could have been due another trip for that. So, don't let that put you off.

The owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us. When we realised the room we booked doesn't have a private bathroom, we asked for a change of rooms. For only 500 pesos more, he offered us his penthouse room, around 150 meters away, with a beautiful roof deck with kitchen, fridge, swimming pool with garden tables etc. And we were also able to have the use of the beautiful resort amenities. We will definitely go there again, and would recommend this place to anybody! It's worth it! The food was also very good!

Everything was great!

Very accommodative staff, they even delivered a bday cake for our celebration and charged our car battery. Beautiful front seating right in front of the beach, stunning water and coast at the doorstep. We were in the 2 bedroom cottage that was newly refurbished with new mattresses. Very clean. Hot shower, good wifi.

Tiny bathroom, it took long wait for the food. Rough road to the property.

The food here was amazing, and super cheap! The location was quiet and beautiful, you can enjoy the beach or a hammock or a roofed sitting area, even jump off the cliffs at high tide!

There was nothing i did not like! The staff were great, rooms were perfect, views were amazing. Food was fantastic, billiards, ping pong, and basketball area was awesome. Rent a scooter and tour the country

A great location. The headland sitting out area was exceptional. There are hammocks, family tables and a great view up and down the coast. There is a short path (25 meters) down to a sandy beach on one side and a rocky beach on the other side of the headland. Great to swim from one to the other. I am told there are turtles if you swim out as far as the "drop", but that is only for good swimmers with fins. A good alternative is a boat. The host was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to upgrade our room. There is a pool table, table tennis and a hoop on a hard area for sports... not my thing, but free to guests.

The hut was a bit basic and the bathroom and towels were tired. Stray dogs are kept out but the owner has his own that bark. The food was OK but not exceptional.
