Loved this hotel! I chose it to stay in an interesting historical site for a good value. The building is architecturally unique and right at the old city moat, which made for a beautiful walk. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so all facilities were in a good condition and clean. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. I appreciated that the room was so quiet we didn't hear any noise the whole time. Would stay again!
The only compromise was that the city centre is 15 mins away by foot, but that also meant seeing more of the city

A great place with very comfortable beds. The room was very spacious. The carafes for water were a great idea. We didn't eat breakfast because, in our opinion, it was too expensive at 70 PLN per person. A place with history and soul. It's a pity there was no information about this place in the room.
It's a shame the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly, especially the showers. Another downside was the daily towel change, even though they were hanging on a rack rather than lying on the floor. It was also incomprehensible that the trash was taken out from one room but not from another, behind the wall.

This is a truly special hotel with utmost thought making it a magnificent hotel which stands apart from others. The staff were all so friendly and our room was very nice and spacious. Close to the historic centre made the location perfect. Gdansk is a very nice city with great ambience. The facilities and breakfast here at the hotel were really nice and I would whole heartedly recommend for any traveller while in Gdansk.

The hotels location is perfect for walking into Gdansk main area, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and someone was always available to help. Breakfast was excellent choice of very fresh fruit, salads, meats bread and cooked foods each day and we also ate in the restaurant which was lovely too. Highly recommend. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I really liked the industrial style decor which was modern and minimalist. Very comfy beds and quiet area so no noise when sleeping
There's nothing i could have asked for it was all excellent.

A historic residence in industrial style with a 24-hour reception. Clean and quiet rooms with a beautiful view of a church garden. Excellent spa service, great bar, and very reasonable prices. Located in a peaceful area, just a 10 minute walk from the historic center. There’s a supermarket, a café for breakfast, and a nice place for a beer all within a short walking distance. I traveled with my dog, who was warmly welcomed. The hotel is also sustainable, they offer a drink voucher if you skip housekeeping. Very happy with my stay!

It is a clean and well presented hotel in a good location to the city sights. The rooms are very comfortable and provide all that is required for a short break. The decor is great and really captures the building's history well.
We had a disabled access room which was great for the extra space but the shower 'lip' was incomplete meaning water spread all over the floor and even a small amout spread out onto the carpet at one point. Not an issue and certainly didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay but something that could easily be improved.

The location was perfect, not too far from town. The style of the hotel and its history was lovely. The food and drink were very good (although the breakfast room was a little crowded and probably too small). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay.
The gym and facilities were disappointing. There was no treadmill or bike for cardio. There were no towels on one visit and, as staff were not present, we couldn’t ask for any. There were also issues with the air conditioning and no lights in the one changing room. Overall, the gym really let down the rest of the hotel, which was wonderful.

I loved the location inside a renovated brick hospital. The hotel had 2 sections, and I stayed in both. Basement level had a wonderful spa with infrared sauna. There was an amazing restaurant on site. I ate there several times. The desserts were works of art! The tram stop was a 10min walk, but a bus stop was 2 min walk. I walked around the beautiful courtyard, and enjoyed the coffee shop at other end of courtyard. Great pistachio ice cream! I booked one night with booking.com. And then extended my stay directly with hotel for another 4 nights
In the old section, the shower doors did not have proper closure. Water flooded everywhere. I had read about this problem online, and that a customer had been charged for water damage. So I used plenty of towels on floor, and still had pools of water on opposite side of bathroom. I think water was also seeping from under platform. The spa had ZERO privacy in shower. If you were not wearing a bathing suit, anyone sitting in regular dry sauna had a direct view. Only one changing booth was inconvenient. (The other sauna, infrared, was spacious and relaxing)

Great location, reachable by bus or tram from the main train station. Located in a quiet area but within walking distance from the Old town. Good breakfast variety, excellent service from the staff handling the restaurant where breakfast was served. The thing I appreciated the most was that they had water coolers on each floor and water carafes in the rooms so you can refill as many times as you wanted, reducing plastic consumption. It is the first hotel I stayed in where this was available and I think all hotels should follow.

The location is only a 15 minute walk to the old town - close enough to be convenient and far enough to be peaceful and not be too noisy. The hotel breakfast is fantastic! And the place was overall clean, had comfy beds and pillows, and had really good interior design.
The combined shampoo and body wash were super drying to the skin and hair. It is not so drastic for someone who has their own hair care products, but for those who don't, it can be easily remedied by buying conditioner at the nearest store, which is only 5 minutes away. Also, the mini fridge was not plugged in when we got in, so it took some time to cool for drinks.
