-25 mins from the airport by cheap 6 seater taxi -25/30 mins walk into Gdansk itself which the children managed just fine -good value for money for a large family -nice and clean -comfortable -pleasant staff

-restaurant is very small so we had to eat in a conference room down the corridor going backwards and forwards a lot at breakfast -guests noisy outside our room door taking instagram photos and posing in their underwear -wardrobe door broken, couldn’t use one side -no tea or milk in the room -shower is very very small!! -food menu is limited -bedroom windows are dangerous if not used correctly (photo added). We were on the top floor with four children.

The location was a short distance away from the train station, but it took 20 minutes by car to get to the airport and that was by night when there was no traffic. The room was rather small, but extremely clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The wifi in the room was working for the first 5 minutes of our stay and then we could not use it anymore. We tried several times and on different mobiles, but it was just not working for any of us. We needed to leave the hotel at 3 a.m. Although there was a bell at the reception desk, nobody came out despite us ringing the bell for a good 10 minutes. We specifically asked earlier will they be able to ring a taxi for us at 3 a.m. when we are leaving and they said yes, but in the end we had to sort it out ourselves.

Location for Dacia / Renault for picking a car up next day.

My room 119 there were bad stains on the carpet maybe bleach. Shower cubicle very small with big step up and down. When getting out of the shower without my Glassies I tripped and fell forwards. When you turn round in shower it is easy to catch the water control and turn off shower or make too hot or cold. Breakfast was good. Reception staff good.

Breakfast was great and diverse, the hotel was clean. It is not far from the city center we have walked there on most days.

During our stay there were many children in the hotel (some school activities I guess), so can't say that it was a quiet and calm stay. Especially during breakfast it was very noisy, like a school canteen.

Big room with comfortable bed. Cleanliness is an extra point. The personal in the restaurant are kind.

I was dissappoint on the service. They confirmed my airport transfer 2x but suddenly when we arrived in the airport, No one was waiting for us. I was pissed off, waiting for more than 30 minutes with nothing. Luckily, my cellphone is working in this country so I was managed to call the reception many times without answer. I called them again for the last time after 5 minutes, and thank God someone answered and helped me book a transfer. Imagine I fixed everything already before but ended up so stressful. What if my cellphone was not working in this country, so we will just wait in the airport until the end of the world!!!😖

We are travelling with my husband and two dogs. We really liked the location of the hotel near the centre of Gdansk. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious room with air conditioning and all the amenities. I would like to mention the friendly and helpful staff and especially the hotel's private parking for a small extra charge. The hotel is truly pet-friendly.

Very good service friendly personel, helpful too. Extremely good breakfast. Quite a variaty. Good , save car parking. Cleaning lady was so helpful, very kind. Stuff speak English. 20 minutes walking from center. Hotel do got everything. Feels like home. Beds, pillows good. Even a bottle of red wine woth 2 glasses for welcoming. Water , lift, etc

Internet in our room was bad. I think we were too far from connection . We stayed on the 3e floor

This is a modern hotel and has every convenience for its rating. The reception staff were first class - kind, friendly and extremely helpful, especially the lady who helped us find our way to Stutthof. Also, luggage storage, taxi arrangements, wakeup call and general directions were no trouble at all.

The hotel is located only 20-30 minutes from AmberSky Gdańsk, but it looks like the hotel is located on the ring road of the city. However, this could be considered an advantage as we had a chance to see the great river's view walking to the city center. The hotel proposes a wonderful and delicious breakfast server as a buffet! A bottle of wine was like a compliment in our room!

Everything was great. I liked the hotel. The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. The parking was located in a fenced area of the hotel. KFS is nearby. To the city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes by walking. The only one thing disconcerting was that the hotel was located near a multi-car road with poor lighting.
