It was my second stay and it was even better than the last one. Hotel is super clean and quiet. Breakfast offers a great choice of food, hot and cold drinks. Rooms are well equipped and bed war very comfy. WI-FI proper and strong. There is an option of two-course Lunch/Dinner for 38zl. (about £7.6) and I would call it a GREAT DEAL! It also has the lovely and clean customer toilet downstairs. Great when you have to wait for your flight. Members of staff are lovely and helpful. They showed me the ironing room on the third floor next to room 320 and answered all the questions I had. I loved my stay and can't wait to be there again. Gdansk is SUPERB and Hotel Ibis is close to everything important there. Museums, Train Station, Bus Station, Supermarkets, restaurants. Everything you need is there.

There was nothing I disliked. I was very happy with my stay. The Hotel is a great choice for everyone who likes to visit the most interesting part of the Town on foot.

Stayed here with my partner in April 2025 and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is central — just a short walk (about 7–10 minutes) from the Gdańsk Główny train station and really close to the Old Town, cafés, and all the main attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional — really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was easy (24-hour reception is a big plus), and we loved that we could leave our luggage after check-out. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed, good bedding, and even an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Nice bonus: a free water dispenser on our floor — super handy after walking around all day. Honestly, everything about our stay was smooth and easy. Great value for the price, and we’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Gdańsk!

Great location: 7-10 mins flat walk to Gdansk Glowny, 10 mins walk to main town, close to church with the Amber alter etc. Posh feel: The hotel was large with a very posh look. The reception & lobby area were welcoming with great decor. Common areas were very clean and well lit. Large rooms: My room was large with lots of light. The shower, bathroom etc were great. Air conditioning worked well. Room was cleaned everyday with garbage removed regularly. Friendly staff: Very professional staff who were ready to help

This Ibis in Gdansk was perfect for my tight budget and the location was perfect for my reason in being in Gdansk. The Christmas Markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me checked in and to get me walking in the right direction to the beautiful Christmas Markets of Gdansk. The old city center of Gdansk is so beautiful and should be visited by anyone at any time of year. The parking was very easy as they have parking right next to the hotel. Everything went very well for me in this Ibis. I would for sure stay here again. The room was very comfortable. Ibis can always be trusted for an affordable night in Europe and a comfortable room.

we recently stayed for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic spread featuring traditional Polish cuisine, and everything was incredibly tasty and fresh. The variety and quality were impressive, from homemade Naleśniki and Kapusta Duszona to freshly baked bread and cheeses. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionists during whole stay were very kind, polite and helpful. The price was very nice and room was well equiped. I missed only little tea pot.The cleaning was upon request due environment . The location of hotel is excellent, near centrum(8 min on foot) and 12 min to railway station , near is small shop Zabka and also few minutes a bigger shopping centre. Hotel offers some boarding games for kids , you can buy some chocolate, salty or beer there, everything works well. The breakfast was various, pancakes with cheese, beans, scrambled eggs. To make choice better for vegans or lactose intolerant people I would recommend to add some plant based milk. However, I would stay again here when travellimg to Gdansk with my family and dog.

Everything was fine.

Location was really good-between 10-15 min walking distance to the central area of the city. Very close to the hotel is a big supermarket(Biedronka) and a shopping mall(Madison) The staff in the hotel was really friendly(especially reception) The room was very nice and clean, in general the hotel was with very new, modern vision and very clean! I really loved the water concept, i never saw this in other hotels. In the room there is a water garaffe with glasses and on every floor there is a water dispenser with drinkable filtered water to refill your garaffe, so you don't have to buy water bottles from the shop, really smart!

Breakfast was good, maybe from my point of view it should be little more place about food, because, there was for example 10 people and we have no area for put food to plate. But it is NOT about hotel or staff, it is about architecture and design of room for breakfast - just more place as a area for pick up meal. Place for sitting/eating or meal/food was everything OK.

The location is not a far walk from old town, which is where a lot of the action takes place. It's a shorter walk from public transit and there are enough cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel to make buying the essentials no hassle at all.

There was not a designated work space in the hotel. so if you're required to do work over the course of your stay, you're either confined to you hotel room or will need to find a local coffee shop
