Room was perfect for our needs. Bath & shower. High floor is always nice. Location is fine if you want to discover Warsaw & what it has on offer. It is a 15min walk to the center although it was very cold this time for walking. Browary Warszawskie just across the road with many bars & restuarants is ideal if you do not want venture far.

Not so much something I did not like more a disappointment. Although we live in Warsaw we have stayed at Hilton Warsaw a few times. In my opinion breakfast is not cheap but what is on offer has declined. Advertised an English breakfast. No beans. No cooked tomatoes. No toaster(which there was previously).

Really comfortable beds with all amenities. Excellent house keeping. Great bar in reception.

Checkin was not very friendly and refused to change money so we could tip bellboy. Child bed which we discussed with the hotel by email was not provided and then the one provided was changed. After booking we found out spa and pool were closed (which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Hotel is a little out of the centre and more in a business district.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing view of Warsaw from our 19th-floor room (And you could see more at the ends of the hallways and near the elevators). The pool and gym were top notch.

The woman working at the entrance to the gym was a bit rude. I didn't bring extra shoes for working out and the woman expected me to wear plastic covers over my very clean shoes because I walked in wearing them. She wouldn't look at me while talking to me and went back to her phone before I even walked away. I would suggest firing her. Next time, I will tell her what I really think of her instead of humoring her and saying I would wear the plastic and then tearing the plastic off in the locker room.

Hotell is conveniently located if you have business/meetings in Wola, when I have business in city centre I stay at Marriot. Staff was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They make excellent omelettes according to your specifications. Business center was nice, but we ended up sitting and working in the hotell cafee/bar lounge which was perfect for this. The premium fitness center is rather big, and modern, and definitively worth a visit.

All in all a perfect stay for the business traveller, who has meetings in Wola. When I have business spread across the city I prefer Marriot, because of its location. Had a bit of a hassle having to installl internet/wifi several times during my 3 day stay.

It has a nice location, clean room, friendly personnel, and a great swimming pool area. I stayed only one night and did not have a chance to taste breakfast. But in the hotel hall, you can find a bar, coffee shop, and area to sit and work with your laptop. The receptionists were friendly and professional, answered and helped with all requests. The room had an amazing view. Free water, coffee and tea were in the room.

everything was good

Gym, rooms, service, swimming pool not best but will do if you need a swim so ok, got room on one of the higher floors (17th) so quite nice view form that height especially in the night.

Parking charges, thought that parking is included in the price but unfortunately it wasn't, so not very pleasant surprise when at check out had to pay so almost half just for parking what I've payed for actual stay in the hotel

High floor room was amazing! Great blackout curtains in the room, big comfy bath. Loved the Netflix / Youtube option on the TV.

Carpet was a bit dirty under the sofa. Shower floor gets wet quickly due to shower door design. Shampoo bottle pumps are so lowly dosed, one has to pump like 10 times to get a normal amount of shampoo ^^

I loved the spacious room that had a shower and a bathtub. The location itself is in the middle of the new Warsaw and taxis/uber is like 40 PLN (10€/11$) from the airport

I couldn’t regulate the AC down and this was quite cold. Given I traveled to Warsaw in September with autumnal rain, it was a bit frosty

Location and gym.

Reception is extremely slow. Check in takes ages. Maybe their application works slow or maybe stuff is new and not really well trained. Ah and plus they send message that kinds are only allowed in pool from 11 to 17. I did wait until 18.00 to be sure to avoid kids mess but they still were there.
