Breakfast was very limited in my opinion but doable. I don't know why there were never napkins provided?

Felt it was a little impersonal, staff etc. Also, I was there 6 nights and the room was serviced only once. I did see that someone came in another time and just refilled toilet paper but didn't clean or make beds. Other guests in room next to us and above us were quite noisy but obviously hotel cannot control that. I wish there was an English speaking TV station (like CNN or BBC news).

Friendly and polite welcome even though I'd used the restaurant door rather than that to reception. I was given room 14, a comfortable L shaped large room at the front of the hotel. I slept very well despite the muffed sound of the street and nearby railway station. Evening meal in the restaurant had generous portions and was very well priced. Breakfast had a good range of options to start the day. Well situated for travellers opposite the Zielona Gora railway station.

Very clean, friendly staff, great food and drink! What more do you need! Location opposite the main train and bus stations and a short walk to the town.

If I had to be really picky, when you stay on the first floor the music can be heard still at 11pm would be nice to turn it off a bit earlier.

VERY CONVENIENT!! Love the place!! 100meters to the train station/bus stop/taxi stand, 10mins to the Focus Mall & Botanical Garden, Restaurants & Bar in the surrounding area.

Maybe the bathroom don’t have any counter top in front of the sink to put your stuff in and the shower as well does not have any shelf to place your shampoo/soap. The TV in the

location to the station was perfect, room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, checking in and out were seamless. couldn't recommend more.

The location is excellent, close to the main train station. The breakfast is good.

Wow, just, wow. I've stayed here before the Covid. I thought they'd just be ordinary. But they were not. Huge development. Better rooms, better front desk service. Better housekeeping. And a great restaurant. Keep in mind, this hotel has the best restaurant in town. Pork chops. Check. Vodka. Check. Wine. Check and check, actually, they have the best selection in terms of wine. Perfect, friendly owners and managers. Perfect breakfast. It's been 20 years, I've stayed at all sorts of places at all kinds of parts. Their breakfast is fresh, great, well-made, ready, for every morning of your stay. And they are there for lunch, dinner, and a few beers at night. I'm glad to see they have such a classy place in Zielona Gora.

If you're familiar with Poland as I am, you should've known that very few people speaks English. A lot of German speakers are around, but the English speakers are not that easy to come up. So, that's also the fact for this hotel. Only one service staff who could speak English, which was not the greatest. Still, keep in mind, that's twice the amount of people who can speak English at any time in Poland. That's the only negative, but, you know, that's the general rule when you're in Poland.

Very convenient location for rail and bus station. Hotel is an excellent property. Comfortable, clean and everything in good order. WiFi worked well. Though not part of the booked stay, the hotel has a really good restaurant with an excellent menu. Very pleasant evening meal outside in the garden Breakfast wasn't taken as had an early start.

I can't add anything here as the property was superb.

Ideally located, especially when someone has to take the train. The staff was very professional and helpful. The food was very delicious. Highly recommended.
