I absolutely loved the room, probably the biggest room I have ever stayed in, anywhere that I have gone to. The pool was area was really neat and it was just so cozy. The walk to the beach was literally 500m and it was everything I as looking for on my stay. The location is about 12 minutes drive to The Old Town and the bus service is really useless. I would recommend using Bolt, it was absolutely brilliant, our trips to Old Town were around 5 - 6 euros, the day we used a hotel transfer to go to The Marina, it was 14 euros so don't bother with the hotel transfer. Old Town is absolutely amazing and do hold your ground the restaurants will try to be pushy in wanting you to get in. All in all, a great trip. I will surely be back.

I did not particularly enjoy breakfast. I am probably being much here because on the surface it was pretty decent. I would have like a tad bit more variety in terms of options, because just really fatty bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages was just a bit boring everyday, so if you could spice it up and just add some more options.

there was a lot of space, minimal queue at breakfast, good food, free water (love it). Vanessa at the restaurant was always ready to help with the gluten diet of the celiac person. The biggest swimming pool had an easy access for grandparents. the 24hr swimming pools opening hours with the staff passing by with towels and juice (very appreciated)

I would like a bit more variety in the gluten free food for celiacs, choosing from the GF items of the menu ( instead of only chicken, pork steak to avoid cross contamination). A better description of the room at the booking: knowing the suite configuration aheadI could have fit all the family in one suite .You could add a map of the suits, on top of the pictures in the description

Swimming pools are fantastic for kids and adults, great kids play group and area beside the kids pool, proximity to the beach and swipe card access to walkway to beach Suite with sea view - views are gorgeous and grounds of the hotel are lovely and well kept, like a post card Very accommodating for families and young kids Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful

Not a lot of choice of restaurants nearby, we got taxis to some nice ones that weren’t too far away though so not a major blocker No sun loungers on balcony in suite No basic cutlery in suite - should have a plate, knife, fork and spoon for the guests staying in room

The direct access to the very log beach stretch was an excellent bonus indeed ... as its a long stretch of over 3 km of beach meant that its great for walks and there is always a section that it not crowded ... best beach walk stretch in Albufeira for sure ... also the availability of 6 pools meant they are never crowded ... hotel was full but you never felt it and thats great for a relaxing holidays

That there is no adult only pool ... why would a hotel with 6 pools ( 2 of which are for kids) not have just ONE pool dedicated for adults !!!! kids using all pools meant not a single one is quiet and relaxing ( despite none being busy)

We had truly wonderful time in this hotel. Since we traveled off season the hotel was not fully booked, we were lucky to get room update to Junior Suite with pool view. Thank you! The room was very spacious with comfortable bed and big bathroom. The view from our room was stunning and we really enjoyed it! We also tried hotel´s spa with finish sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and gym. Gym is spacious but not well equipped when you want to lift some weights, but this is usually common issue of hotel´s gyms. Luckily the weather was Ok and we could do a lot of walking on the beach and walking trails. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of delicious options even if you are on a diet. Dinner was also very nice served as 4 course menu. Location is great with beautiful beach where you even can find some restaurants. Walking by the beach or by walking trails you can get to town Armacao de Pera, takes about 30 -40 minutes. There is also a supermarket nearby hotel where you can get in 5 minutes.

Nothing :)

The Junior Suite was extremely spacious and the sea view was superb! The pool area was also very nice and sunbeds were provided with umbrellas. It was very convenient to have a parking space in the same building so you didn't have to look for a free spot. The beach was great and could be reached by foot using a pathway over the dunes. Staff was nice and helpful and also the kids club personnel. Overall we enjoyed it a lot!

The bathroom was very small compared to the rest of the apartment and not ideal for a family of four. Unfortunately some parts were falling apart and you could see it wasn't renovated for a while. Although advertised on their homepage, there was no "Private Beach" and no sunbeds were available at the beach through the hotel and there were no umbrellas to lend at the reception. The food at the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectation of a 5 star hotel and unfortunately the coffee was horrible.

Stayed here for the second time this year. A nice hotel to stay with family and kids. Great staff, nice pools, location is perfect and beach is a 5 min walk. Our 3yo loves the place and the staff is amazing with him. Breakfast is very good as well (a bit too crowded in high season though)

Old A/C was noisy - had to change room. New room had the same issue but we didn't complain anymore... ended up turning it of to sleep to avoid changing room again with the kid and luggage. Got a compensation by the hotel but nights were still either loud or hot. Although having amazing balconies, lights go off very early because "kids from other rooms can't sleep with all the light" - not fair. We also have a kid and know how to close the curtains. Only one car charger in the garage - it would be nice to see more chargers in the future.

Pools and Pool facilities & location to the beach is excellent. Towels provided and snack bar available throughout the day. Rooms are nicely decorated and a good size, toiletries provided a/c worked very well, safe provided and a fridge/stocked mini bar, I thought the charge for the for the coffee machine in the room was a little much. House keeping available, or you can opt not to have it and get a free drink at the bar instead, nice touch. Interconnecting rooms are available. Louis on the front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had an early morning flight and we got breakfast boxes to go, again nice touch.

The coffee at breakfast was terrible and the layout for the b/fast was a little crazy. The pastries and breads one of the most poplar items is at the end of two counters making it congested and not free flowing. Everyone scrambling together. A change up with fruits/ breakfast cereals would be nice to see. Staff slow to replenish food and the breakfast could benefit from a supervisor/restaurant manager. While the staff were lovely they weren't always sure what they were doing & could totally benefit from good instruction. All minor fixes for this hotel to be a great facility. We ate at the reggae bar one night, not a great selection and slightly over priced for the portion size but again lovely location and we caught the sun set.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very professional and welcoming. The food was excellent and the hotel over all is clean and well kept Loved the fact that the beach was allocated close by and the view from my room even though I was on the ground floor was amazing. The waiters and waitresses were extremely pleasant. Everything about my stay was pleasant so I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. For anyone that doesn't want to get uber everywhere although reasonable at times, I found it extremely easy to make my way to old town/the marina etc on the bus number 7 which you can get directly outside of Regency Salgados for €2.60. It was a very easy walk to get to the stop from the hotel, the bus number 7 takes you all over Portugal but I would suggest planning your trip via Google maps first.

My hotel room phone kept disconnecting so I was unable to communicate with the reception effectively, although I called them once and got connected, after that it kept disconnecting and I had no service in the room to call them for room service in the later evening when I couldn't be bothered to walk to the reception but I didn't find it a big deal. Easy to get to the marina in a taxi but found it longer to get to the strip where most clubs where.. However this is still not a big deal if you are driving a rental or have a uber budget..

The staff are exceptional. They're so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. It's a great resort for people who are looking for a peaceful holiday. Its perfect for yoing families. The kids club is great. We had a junior suite with a sea view. The room was huge, bathroom and bedroom are smaller but great kitchenette facilities, with a large fridge freezer, kettle and mini dishwasher. The food is superb. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant set menu and buffet were also just top notch. Would avail of All Inclusive if it was available.

The price of the food in the bar and Reggae poolside bar. Its really quite expensive. Everything is 20euro plus, even for toasties (served with fries). Still very pricey. The mattress could be updated
