Very good pool site, short walk to the beach, very good breakfast. Activities for the kids.

In spite of being a big, spacious hotel, they don´t have a lobby bar open during the day. You can´t even get a cup of coffee in the middle of the afternoon unless you walk out to the outside pool area. Hard to believe.

Hotel is very clean and it well located. Good bus links to other places. The hotel staff were fabulous and helpful. They really couldn’t do enough for us. It was suitable for our family and bar food and pool restaurant was lovely. I really hope to return to the hotel again in the future.

Had an issue with the room (no hot water and an odour coming from the shower) and we were moved to another room promptly. The themes for each night for dinner was not clear. The kids club didn’t take kids under 3 (my child was 2 weeks shy of her 3rd birthday). Really minor complaints with the themes for the dinner and age limits on the kids club

The food could be better, especially dinner didn't meet the expectations at all.

The room was incredibly clean and very spacious. The bed was comfy. The food that was offered was lovely and a great selection. The pool area was nice and clean and being able to hire a towel was really handy. The access to the beach is such a great feature. We were there for a wedding and it was such a lovely experience, the staff were really great.

In the morning upon check out there was quite a queue and as i was waiting on transfers it was quite stressful to be stuck in the queue. there was only 2 staff on the desk I feel like it could’ve been helpful to have more staff on around check out time.

Great outside area, with a huge pool and a lot of sunbeds, separate pool for kids. The hotel is in front of an amazing beach. Breakfast was good and reasonable, but nothing special. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 kids of young age.

Some of the pillows in the room were really in bad state- those that are full of little balls and squeezed in a small pillow case that makes it even worse. Obligation to use the card if you want to get the elevator, go in & out to the pool area outside. Not convenient at all. The button next to the bed to activate the sockets in order to use it.

We absolutely loved everything, 10/10! The kids were thrilled with every moment, and the adults were equally satisfied. The restaurants are excellent, the spa is fantastic, and the bars are cozy. The staff deserves special thanks — they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, quickly resolving any issues and offering great advice. We will definitely come back!

Excellent value proposition plus the stuff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Specifically, Oxana from the reception was the one helping us with questions, and she was very helpful and attentive to details

The bathroom and the toilet are not separated from the bedroom. While it’s technically possible to get privacy while using both, it’s impossible to use either one without waking your roommate up when doing so at night or before the other person wakes up

This hotel is like paradise! Pool area is so quiet & beautiful. We were able to relax every day by the pool. Bedrooms are lovely & bed was extremely comfortable! The spa was fantastic, beautiful facilities & the treatment I got done (signature ritual) was heavenly! Ubers were cheap& quick from hotel into Marina/ old town area.

The food in the hotel is not great. The buffet for breakfast and dinner has lots of choice but it just wasn't very tasty. We ate lunch each day at the Sunset bar (by the pool). This was expensive and twice in the week we received food that was undercooked (one piece of salmon was raw in the middle). We ended up eating out for dinner for much of the holiday. There are lovely restauants in the Old Town area.

It was very clean, great location, everything what you need to have a smooth holiday

We arrived late in the evening and I was surprised that there was a performance at the lobby, very loud. My son was sleeping in the buggy so woke up because of noise and started crying and its made our check in quiet difficult. Also in my reservation was included half board, receptionist advised if I want to have my meal in the room I will have to pay for room service only. However I was charged for a food and for a room service.
