Stayed here with my husband and two kids (aged 8 and 6), the hotel is beautiful and we had booked last minute, however the staff did their very best to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. We had a lovely few days, using the beautiful pool, gym and exploring the local area. The hotel breakfast is great and the snack bar. On the last day, we had to leave very early for the airport and the hotel made us breakfast boxes for our journey, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. I'd highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. Great location to stay for visiting Amarante water park and the town of Amarante.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety. Also, the staff was very friendly and the grounds beautiful. Had more activities to try, but we didn't had time for everything.

We had to wait a little bit for the room to be ready, but we were able to wait in a comfortable living room. The Turkish bath didn't seem to be working and the temperature im the gym was a bit high, but the jacuzzi was great!

The hotel was very clean. All the staff we talked to were immensely helpful. The garden and area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and very calm, with grapevines and fig trees. The premium suite met my expectations, the bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony was very spacious, as well as the bathroom.

The TV on our bedroom was comically small and distant from the bed. The mini-fridge buzzes a lot, maybe it could be put on the entrance room instead of the bedroom. We also couldn't find any staff in building where the spa and pools are.

This is a very complete hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, and I liked the swimming pool too.

The airco could be updated.

stuff very friendly and open to help, as we had a wedding and we arrived earlier at the place and the check in was at 3pm and the wedding at 3.30pm so they slowed us to check in slight earlier what’s was worth it

in the spa the sauna couldn’t go up in heat what’s as a bit bad, but apart of that the spa it’s very good

rooms were spacious and clean

there was a glass partitions between the bathroom and the bedroom which meant there was no privacy when using the bathroom. not so much of an issue if you go with your partner not so good when with friends. also to go to a restaurant off site it was a €20 taxi ride.

The breakfast was great, with full range of fresh fruit and diversity. The sauna and turkish bath were also great adittions to our stay and the spa with massages was the reason we came.

The pools, both outdoor and indoor need more maintenence since the tiles are wearing off and it can be unpleasant.
