We had such a lovely time, we visited for a wedding, the staff were super helpful, professional, polite and friendly. I will be back to visit and plan to stay at FH hotel. I do look forward to dinner hopefully being available at some point but the breakfast is brilliant and the lunch is okay, i understand they close for dinner which means you have to arrange your own dinner plans but the staff are helpful with that also

The hotel architecture is very nice, environment very peaceful, the swimming pool was excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful (even proactive with suggestions or small gestures).

The breakfast could have a bit more variety (although all products were good quality); the air conditioning was locked, and while it may seem logical to have it locked not to go below 21C in summer, the fact was that the room was cold and we wanted to be able to warm it up a bit (on the second night we asked in the reception to unlock it, which happened but during the night it reset again to cold). But these are minor details in an overall very nice stay.

We are very pleased with the hotel. Everything is top level. We arrived late, around 12 midnight, but we were still greeted in the best possible way. The room was bright and cozy. In the morning, the friendly manager quickly helped us with our questions. This hotel is the best in this country and if you have the opportunity to spend the night there, you are lucky

Everything about the hotel was 5*. The staff were over and above with everything, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean everywhere, and the rooms were amazing. Beautiful views of the vineyards. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area 😃

Just very remote. You need a car to get anywhere.

Beautiful hotel, I was absolutely in love with the design of it. Our stay was really comfortable and relaxing. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

I just wish the weather was better so that we could use the pool, but this was outwith our control.

Everything, this hotel is amazing at such a good value for money! We loved staying here and we will certainly be back.

The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we needed to use swimming hats to use the interior pool, other than than was perfect!

It was a gorgeous hotel! We were there for a wedding as guests and for our first night stay - practically had a private hotel for all of us! The hotel staff were amazing with the children we had in our group and honestly nothing was an issue and no ask too small!

The only niggle is that the hotel did not serve dinner so you do have to venture out for this - but there are soo many amazing places nearby to make up for it.

The peace and quiet were reason we chose to come back again and stay. We were there 2 years ago and we really enjoyed it and it is kid friendly so bonus. Having the swimming pool was also a good selling point.

Nice architecture, beautiful gardens and landscaping. Generous pools with lots of surrounding gardens for privacy. Big room with excelent insonorization and big balcony facing the garden Very friendly staff. Spotless cleaniness.

The breakfast area is a bit outdated, not matching the quality of the remaining spaces. A little more attention to detail is necessary, there was messy furniture tucked into a corner of the breakfast area. There was no bidet in the bathroom or alternatively an hygienic shower.

No shared rooms for families . Restaurants for dinner are far. The jacuzzi is not hot enough
