Very nice stay at Hotel Bienestar Termas de Vizela. Professional and friendly staff, very good wifi, spacious rooms and access to the Vizela baths for guests of the hotel. There is also an easily accessible parking. The breakfast was quite good with portuguese products such as pasteis de nata. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back! Thank you

A little noisy because just on the road. It didnt bother us but ear plugs could be useful if the room has road view

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything is renovated, the room was very comfortable, huge bed, air conditioning is perfect, never too hot nor too cold, the breakfast was excellent and the Thermas... OMG, perfection! I don't remember when I felt that relaxed.

The street noise might be uncomfortable for more sensitive people, for me was ok, but I would recommend staying in a room more distant from the street. There was a small infiltration in the bathroom ceiling with a bit of mold. Still, I had such a pleasant stay that none of those problems affected my grading.

Maid service was excellent - desk staff very efficient - location is superb - good power outlets by bed - good aircon - strong shower - good toiletries

Mattresses are a bit cheap and the towels were wafer thin - furniture a bit basic and bare bones

The receptionist was extremely helpful in arranging for a series of taxi journeys which allowed me and my friend attend two football matches in the same evening with the minimum of hassle. The breakfast was great value.

Everything was great. Could have more parking spaces at the hotel, but it is in the center of the city, so it's understandable. A free of charge parking area closeby was supplied as alternative.

Perfect location - just 2 minutes walk from the centre of town. Breakfast was great - plenty to choose from and all fresh. I forgot my phone charger but reception lent me one for the duration of my stay. Room spotlessly clean and bed made every day. Air conditioning worked well and was much needed!

It's a good hotel near a park with lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. There is a bus stop 50m away and the station is 10mins on foot. In fact, everything you need like shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc. is within easy walking distance.

The staff are amazing and so helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was great.
