The staff was helpful and nice, rooms are silent, bedroom confortable. Air conditioning was available even in October. Hairdrier worked well. The name of the hotel is so visible at the roof so it's easy to find. Just next to the hotel there's Guimaraes Shopping where you can find anything you need.

I would enjoy an small fridge just to keep drinks and water cold and don't spoil a few typical food we bought because we didn't expect so high temperatures in autumn.

Very good surprise in a prime location of Guimarães! Walking distance of a big shopping mall and tons of restaurants. The historical city center is also quite close and walkable. Probably the best 2-star hotel we've stayed at. Deserves more.

Just a small detail of there being no hand-towels and the bath-towels being a bit shorter than usual (and no, those were not the hand-towels :D).

Really nice and proactive staff. Location is excellent, just on the city center edge so in 2 mn walk already in historic streets. Excellent soundproof windows ( hotel near large traffic avenue). Other commodities ( supermarket, shopping center also just around the corner 1mn walk).

This was a comfortable, affordable hotel choice. The Ibis is very well located, right next to the bus station and a large shopping mall and not too far to walk to the Old Town and its attractions. The continental breakfast choices were fairly standard, but perfectly adequate, with the added bonus of an automatic pancake machine!

Welcoming and helpful staff for my rushed and unexpected trip from the US to tend to a family member who was admitted to the hospital nearby. Very clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower.

Construction going on during the day was disruptive but hopefully temporary.

Close to shops places of interest and bus station. Room was modern and comfortable bed.

A bit noisy but that was more to do with other guests, although the floor in my room was like walking on bubble wrap!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a walking distance to a bus station and Guimaraes shopping.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is well located to the bus station, only few meters. The train station is very close as well. There is a very big shopping Centre where you can get anything you need.

The room were very clean but little bit small with a crib for the baby. Overall the hotel and the staff were very good.
