Comfortable & located within easy access to the old town centre. Good shower & toilet facilities in a room with efficient aircon. Got a special deal and would stay again at those rates, possibly not with the usual price. The pool in summer is an added bonus.

Parking is a pain, unless on the weekends. The "special offer" on the underground parking is a rip-off. Worth considering parking just outside the city "P" zone and taking a short walk. The hotel faces into a noisy road and Braga has an oversupply of loud vehicles. Spoils the balcony seating. That said, the sound-proofing is efficient and keeps the noise out at night with the door closed (unless you have upstairs neighbours stomping around ...)

The underground car park is excellent and readily accessible although you will need to check in to obtain your ticket to enter/exit the car park. The hotel decor is fabulous and lifts require your keycard to access the floor adding security. The rooms are fantastic, breakfast is superb and there is a great infinity pool and gym on one of the floors. The cocktail bar is superb serving the best cocktails I have ever had (which is infrequent) but these are costly but very much worth it. The cocktail maker/waiter is an expert! We loved this hotel stay in Braga - A short walk from the city centre. Make sure you don't miss the chapel of bones!!!

Nothing - it was simply excellent.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed with two pillows per person, clean rooms and the cleaning includes mopping the floors every day. Location is really close to the city center of Braga in walking distance. Bathroom has a nice shower. The sink has a lot of storage space around it to put skincare or makeup products. The television is quite large for hotel standards and contains a lot of channels to relax before going to bed.

Parking was not clear upfront; it’s 10 euros per day for the underground parking lot which admittedly is a good deal because usually it would be 58 euros. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel which is also paid parking from 9 to 19:00 and can only be paid for 2 hours in advance. Unfortunately that parking is quite full in the evening often and a lot of people are unable to properly park for some reason so some spots are “free” but unusable. Although the room was very clean, the blow dryer was forgotten in cleaning and I had to clean it myself because it obviously had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom had multiple lights but one of the lights around the mirror was on a timer which turns on/off at intervals. A button would’ve been nice to control it manually

Location was outside busy historic center, but within 10 to 12 min walk to town center. Very clean rooms... Balcony was a plus... Quiet and safe neighborhood at night... Friendly staff... Local cafes for breakfast. Free parking in front of hotel from 7p - 9a if municipal parking spaces are available. Free mini-frig drinks with superior-suite. Visiting with friends in a separate room, and they were happy as well.

The location of this hotel is very very practical! About 3-4 minutes walk to the absolute centre of the city with all the historical buildings. Very easy to get to. We travelled by car and there is very easy access to the parking also. The room exceeded my expectations. With a nice view from the 5th floor, quiet, very warm and cosy. Big bed and very clean and spacy room. With very big tv. I am sure if I visit Braga again - I am choosing this place to stay! Highly recommended!

I am not sure what should I say here. Can not think of any downsides of this hotel.

Great location, one block to supermarket, two blocks to old town. Fresh hotel, in a fairly new building, large rooms and !even has a balcony). The hotel has an underground parking lot.

A little bit of traffic noise can be heard on the street.

I liked the firmness of the mattress, the beautiful televisions, the spacious tree-shaded balcony, and the pool.

There were no washcloths and I repeatedly had to request towels, since they weren't consistently replenished each day. The rooftop bar is also not worth visiting.

The friendly and helpful staff in particular Ricardo, Jack & Olga, excellent food and drinks at dinner. Breakfast was also good.

Recycled toilet paper, no lotion in bathroom, windows did not close properly and could hear cars and smoke coming through the windows.

It was very clean and the staff were super attentive. The WiFi in my room was not fast and my room got changed when I reported that. It was also my anniversary getaway and they were nice enough to put in some decorations for us. It was also very central.

Great location - very close to the Braga Center, lovely staff, possibility of parking on site. Added bonus - the crazy roundabout the hotel overlooks provided endless entertainment to both of us
