Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, gorgeous pool and spa, excellent massages. The bar also serves really good drinks and food. Location was also perfect in the center of Braga. Staff was exceptionally kind and accomodating. We extended our stay an extra night because we loved it so much.

OMG! Best in all. Great location in center of walkable (flat) historic town with lots of shops, restaurants and outdoor dining option. Gardens are beautiful. The staff are super helpful esp Natasha at Reception, Gaulco at the bar . Indoor and outdoor pools are great. Lots of garden lounging areas around the hotel. LOVE UNDERGROUND PAY PARKING because not lots of parking close if lugging suitcases. Beautiful modern interior, reasonably priced restaurant and delicious lunch and dinner when you are too tired to go out. Arranged 90 min massage and it was heavenly and reasonably priced. So glad I decided to splurge on special deal 160 euros a night! I didn’t want to leave and definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

A modern, calm and welcoming place with nice natural details. The staff, in particular Natasha, at reception was lovely, smiley and helpful. Breakfast until 10:30 and checkout at 12:00 allowed for a lay in and didn’t feel rushed to leave. The car park also very useful and secure.

The outdoor swimming pool was very cold and the indoor one is a bit small and gets busy easily.

The free small water had a plastic taste. Prefer glass. Lunch dish of gnocchi was so oily. Didn’t eat much and yet no refund -We did advise when we spoke to GM next day (lovely Dolphine and told him many good things too). Charge for glass water bottle. Couldn’t find water in sauna steam area, but later learned was there. Please consider adding eucalyptus to steam and sauna -so smells better. Breakfast fruits could improve Tissue kleeenex was not soft. Asked for room to be cleaned but they didn’t for either of our two rooms

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Very clean ( apart from a few things under the bed, including tablets) and new hotel. We had our dog with us, and although we were not able to use the restaurant, we could take him into the bar area. We could also order food into this area. On a wet day, that was a real bonus as a lot of the outside seating was not really usable. Most restaurants/cafes in Portugal (and Spain) don't allow dogs inside. Restaurant Astoria ( 5 mins walk from the hotel) does allow dogs inside, even on the rooftop cocktail bar and is fantastic. Great underground parking. Not cheap but very secure/convenient.

I prefer the sink to be in the bathroom rather than outside. The outside terraces are useful but we seemed to get smoke wafting in as it was close to an outside/garden area. For €70 for 2 nights for our small dog, it would be good to get bowls. It's not really a problem but most dog friendly hotels offer a little more than simply the right to stay, especially when they are charging €35 per night.

Its a new hotel and the vibe is really nice and fresh. Breakfast is amazing! it's really worth it, there's so much variety and everything is fresh. Staff is always restocking and everyone is lovely. The room was impeccable, bed is really comfortable, pillows are huge and comfortable as well, complementary drinks in the mini bar and a little sweet treat to welcome us! We had a little balcony from where we cold see the Basilica dos Congregados , the Jardim da Avenida Central and the Basilica of Bom Jesus do Monte. I can imagine it's actually quite nice to get some room service and enjoy the view while having a meal. During the day if you open the windows, since it is a central area you can hear traffic and people outside but once they are shut and during the night, its really quiet and relaxing, there's no noise at all even from the other rooms. Spa and restaurant areas are really nice, we visited beginning of march, although it was sunny it is still a bit chill to use the outside pool.

The spa area was really nice, the pool water was warm, all the amenities were lovely. It is a bit small tho. I personally don't believe 15 people can fit in the spa pool comfortably. And once people start showing up there is no place no put their stuff down. There is the locker room but i'm sure sometimes its easier to jut grab a towel without needing to leave the hot room. In the bedroom, there is a hair dryer which is lovely and works really well. But, I couldn't find an electricity plug in the bathroom so, it's a task that has to be done outside, in the bedroom and there is only one mirror, the one in the bathroom and the hairdryer cord is not long enough to get in there.
