We loved the spacious room immersed in nature, the comfortable beds, the gorgeous pool area with a stunning view over the river and with water at perfect temperature. The indoor common area had great air conditioning and comfy sofas to relax in the hottest hours of the day. Breakfast was abundant, fresh and varied, the kitchen area was spotless clean and very handy since we could use it to heat up our food. The staff was extremely friendly with us and our children, they even involved our daughter in baking the cakes for the morning breakfast. The spa is small but well looked after, we enjoyed the jacuzzi privately since the use of the spa needs to be booked at check in. Overall we really loved the relaxed and calm atmosphere, it was the perfect place to spend some peaceful days with our small children.

Nothing, we wish we stayed longer!

The location of the hotel is quite unusual, but we easily found it by following the road signs. While at the hotel, you only hear the sounds of nature, which is very calming and pleasant. You won’t be able to take a walk around the hotel, as the mountain roads are very steep, and walking in the forest is also not possible since there is no access. The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not very clean. The breakfast was modest, though that’s our opinion, as we are used to having a hearty breakfast in our family. There weren’t enough vegetables at breakfast.

In one word: Excellent!! We had a great time at Oak Nature. Guilherme was a superb host, made us feel completely "at home" when we arrived at the property. The room was big and the bed was really comfy. The Spa was great, but you really need to make a reservation for it as it's only big enough for a couple/family and we found it was fully booked already when we arrived. That said Guilherme re-organised the spa schedule so we could experience it for a bit, which was amazing. We didn't try the outside pool, but it looked amazing as well. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything you could think of for a complete breakfast was there and the views from the balcony whilst enjoying breakfast were breathtaking..

Nothing to do with the place itself, but we found the directions a bit tricky to follow. We learned from Guilherme the GPS was a bit off, which he was already taking care of..so until that's sorted just follow the Oak Nature sign posts and you'll be fine.

Very family friend environment, staff very welcoming and understanding, with enough outdoor space or indoor for privacy. Our stay was very relaxing, and definitely will repeat. Facilities were new and cosy, swimming pool and sauna facilities were great. We being celiac and lactose intolerant, had one of the best breakfasts we experienced, the owner was very thoughtful and we had many varieties and nothing was missed.

An amazing resort, with a great view to all the nature around. The rooms are very plesant, with compertable beds, evey little thing is considerd and in the right place. The Spa area is great, has great jaccuzy. The pool and balcony have a great view. The service is great and the breakfast was great and fresh. I really recomanded about this hotel. Thanks Arie

The road from one side is uncomfortable.

Nestled perfectly within the landscape, this hotel is a true gem. The spacious room offer breathtaking views, creating an unforgettable stay. Its secluded location provides the ultimate escape for relaxation. The spa is a haven of tranquility, and the friendly staff ensure a delightful experience. Plus, breakfast is a delicious start to each day. Overall, a truly amazing retreat.

It was a really great time, the first day we had almost the hotel for us, the view is awesome, the smell of the nature, the sounds, it’s so relaxing. The breakfast is very good, many options, and tasty.

The gym is a bit rusty, but I think most of the people go to this hotel because the amazing view and pool, so it’s ok for the basic exercises

A quirky, lovely place, very new and well appointed with fabulous rooms and a great pool. It is in a lovely remote place and once there we didn’t want to leave, but you have to if you want to eat more than a snack in the evening (all explained beforehand).

No words... this place is amazing. For anyone looking to connect with nature, have quiet time with breathtaking views this is the place. Hotel is small, around 15 rooms. However, it has a spacious room, a lovely swimming pool area, patio with an amazing view for the Geres lake. The hotel had good variety during breakfast. We enjoyed very much our stay here, definitely we will come back to this place.
