The location was excellent - it was a beautiful area. The property, grounds and swimming pool area were very clean and well looked after. We appreciated having a kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator in the room which was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The wifi was excellent. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

The room was dark - there was only one small window which was in the door. It was also a bit small and crowded as the bed was quite big. There was only one chair. There was no hook for the shower and no shelf in the shower cubicle to put things on. The room was fine for 2 nights with good weather, but it would have been difficult for a longer stay or if the weather had been bad, as there was no indoor lounge or sitting area on the property and the room being dark was a bit depressing.

Amazing property with a gorgeous view that's peaceful and quiet away from the city. Marta is a fabulous host (along with the dog and goat who greeted us) and everything was clean and easy to access. The full kitchen in our room was unexpected and perfect for cooking. Also very close to the national park which is gorgeous but just walking around the area was also very meditative.

We loved our short stay at the Casa, Marta was a kind and attentive host assisted by her beautiful dog and goat and the rooms are finished to a very high standard. It was a great spot from which to explore the beautiful countryside and highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

The property is situated in a beautiful location, very tranquil and close to Gerês. The host was very friendly and informative, and gave us an instant welcoming feelings. The room was very clean, nicely renovated and cozy. I'd love to stay again and recommend this place to all. Thank you 😊

The Casa is in a very rural area, just beautiful, with an interesting history. Our host was very helpful. Because of the rain we were not able to take advantage of the nearby views, hikes and national parks. The nearby small town had everything we needed. The room was a bit dark but comfortable and quiet. We’d love to return for another go!

Very friendly hosts with two cute helpers - a goat (Chanfana) and a labrador (Churchill) - who love to come and say hello in the morning. Great views, great walks and beautiful landscape. We loved it.

The view’s priceless- the host equally priceless- the welcome committee was a dog and goat was the absolute best - comfort therapeutic animals was the best coupled with the most beautiful views loved it would definitely return

Nice accommodation on a Camino way. The room has everything that was announced, the lady was very kind and her husband, as well. Nice swimming pool after such a long walk.

The views from the bedroom and from the infinity pool are breath taking! The restaurants recommended by Marta and Renato are top quality! Marta and Renato accomodated every single thing we requested. And they are pet friendly!

We spent only one night there, but for sure would be happy to stay more. Very cozy and comfortable place, everything what you need you can find in the house, good territory around. Recommend for visiting
