The hotel felt comfortable with great facilities. I liked the lounge with the pool table and the restaurant with the log fire. The pool looked amazing but it was out of season. The breakfast choices are made the night before, but there was plenty. The only thing I'd say is to provide coffee for the room as this is only available at breakfast. There are teas and fresh milk if you ask for it. Also there is a fridge in the room. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and most spoke English though I tried out my Portuguese on them. This hotel accepts dogs in the bedroom for €10 per dog per night. I would like to return

No coffee available in the evening and the rural setting means there are no cafés close by to get one

Very clean, pre order breakfast at a time, good choice. Pool was very clean and peaceful. Has a lounge area with a pool table and sofas. I was able to work 2 days solid from here

Dogs are allowed so a couple of nights had one barking next door. Or barking around the pool the few times I used it. There is an additional charge for a pool towel and to refresh the pool towel, this is €5 per towel

Everything was perfect. The staff are very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect for the summer heat. The common living room with pool table, TV, books, chess was perfect to relax at the end of the day. The swimming pool was very nice and with a lot of options to lay down to catch the sun, loved the hammocks. The location is great at just 6 minutes walking to get to the river beach. The food from the restaurant was very good. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast. It was a perfect experience and I will definitely return.

For breakfast, we had to select the items we wanted of a list. The food was great, but sometimes they forgot some items or I had to ask for them again. I asked for bacon and eggs, and in 4 breakfasts, I only got the bacon and eggs hot and served together one morning.

The room was nice as long as its view. The personnel gave good advice and was very nice. The breakfast was nice.

The only little thing was due to a group that behaved very rudely on the last night, arriving at midnight and making a lot of noise until 1am, but the hotel had nothing to do with it.

Perfect location to visit Bol Jesus do Monte- excellent swimming pool and very friendly staff great value for money. Breakfast was great too will stay here again. It was spotlessly clean which I loved.

I didn’t like having to choose what I wanted for breakfast the day before. I suppose this is because I’m not used to that I’d prefer a buffet. However this is just a small thing the breakfast was lovely I just think it would be easier to choose it myself.

Really good location, river and river beaches a few steps away. Nice pool area. Breakfast was Made to order, which was a first for me and I found it weird, but it as very good.

Bed was not that comfortable and struggled a little bit. Also weird having fake roses hanging from the ceiling. Other than that, nothing we didn’t like at all.

The breakfast was great. Location was good. The restaurant was nice and food delicious. Staff was A+. The gamr room was also a nice addition.

Room could be a little bigger for a family of 4.

Location is great in Braga's countriside with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are big and the overall space feels spacious and cozy. The pool area is perfect for relaxing by contemplating the garden and the green area. Breakfast was very good served in the restaurant that shares the place where you can even have a romantic peaceful dinner.

The service is great! The staff from the hotel is rather lovely, and good ambience. The hotel has good facilities too, good wifi and breakfast.

It is a bit tricky to arrive there, and GPS has different locations with the same name. So, be careful.

We loved everything about our stay! Wonderful staff (special thank you to Jana). The upstairs suite with deck and walls that open was superb! Dinner excellent.

Would have loved some eggs at breakfast!
