Great, friendly & helpful staff, clean & secure. Comfortable and the room had aircon which was really appreciated in the 40 degrees heat of the day. Plenty of free parking in the area

The only disadvantage is no lift at the hotel, but owner kindly helped us with our bags.

It is located just on the Camino Way after the bridge. Easy to find. I liked the staff and their attitude, when I came after a long walking day they gave me tea because I asked to. And in general they answered my questions and tried to be quiet so that I could have a good rest. The bed was wide, everything was clean. I enjoyed a lot. Thank you.

Breakfast was adequate to start the day - basic, roll or croissant, cheese, ham, butter, jam/jelly and coffee & juice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner/manager was always there and at night the desk clerk was very attentive.

Kind of "dated", not very secure in terms of locking up the room. No mini-fridge. Few extra outlets. The rooster next door.

The beds were comfortable, we had a balcony, and the breakfast was great. There were a lot of restaurants and a self serve laundry very close. We loved Churrasco feiifeio next to the laundry.

Had to walk up 2 floors of stairs to the checkin. No elevators

Exceptionally clean staff friendly and courteous and definitely went the extra mile nothing was too much.

Depending on your point of view, the rooms at Bon Sucesso are either retro or a bit dated... Most importantly, however, they are spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and staff warm and friendly. Recommended

The Hotel Is basic but super clean and cozy and above all silent. The staff is really nice and they prepare an abundant breakfast. All you need for a good night rest! Thanks

The reception, the accommodations and the breakfast.

Much of the hotel was under renovation and the strong smell of the materials was unpleasant.

Really helpful staff. They helped us with some extra facilities which we missed at booking time. Breakfast was basic. Location was lovely.

No lift so we had to carry bags to the top floor. Also everytime we returned it was a long climb from the parking - adding one extra floor to climb.
