New, clean, comfortable

Just a word about the pool. We stayed during a heat wave but they still insisted on strict pool opening times of 10am and closing at 6pm. That meant I could not use it first thing in the morning and only very briefly after coming back from my conference day. Also, tea and coffee in the room very not replenished after the first day.

It is a brand new hotel, so everything looks fresh. The staff (at the reception and at the restaurant) is super nice and helpful. The room cleaning is done with attention - thank you. Good restaurant, excellent menu and bar. Nice gym and sauna. The building has nice design and interiors are modern, nicely decorated. Windows are soundproof which is important as of the location near to the busy road.

Almost nothing. The location is a bit remote from the city highlights.

Staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and helpful when asked questions and provided help. The hotel is very modern and very clean throughout. Wonderful and tranquil pool area. The location is convenient to attractions.

Great hotel near the University Do Minho: you can get there in 10-15 munutes on foot. The hotel is bran new. The rooms are nicely furnished and super clean. Fantastic breakfast. I can also recommend the restaurant fro dinner. There is a park behind the hotel for those who like to jog.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Room was slightly smaller than expected, but the beds were great! Also, a very spacious bathroom. Shower was excellent. Used room service twice. Food arrived quickly. Overall, a very nice hotel. Good value for the money.

My stay at this hotel I rate very positively. The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel was also exceptionally quiet. The selection of breakfast items was also at a very good level.

The only minor downside is the pool opening hours. It would be nice if it opened earlier than 10 AM.

Location was fantastic, very good breakfast. New facilities with friendly staff. When I arrived the room I requested had an issue and they gave me a free upgrade. The room we had was fantastic and comfortable for 2 adults and a teenage. When we visit Braga again we'll definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again, loved it.

The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection Ultimately good value for money and I will stay there again.

The swimming pool wasn't ready for use 7 months after opening

The bed was actually a queen size bed and wasn't just 2 beds pushed together. The restaurant had excellent ribs. The apple strudel was so yummy!

The breakfast was very expensive, if you didn't have it included with your room, and wasn't worth the amount. Plus the food was cold.

Not so many people, good sound proof, we did like the pool while it was not clear it has working hours (10-18)

In restaurant some staff was welcoming another one felt a bit ignoring and not ready to assist. Long queue to get a coffee.
