good position, if you want to spend time in Braga and neighboring atractions nice clean room with AC possibility of breakfest - good range of choices free coffee/tea 24/7 nice clean hotel parking near entrance including charging stations

room with a view to main street - noisy our room was next to breakfest area - in one morning it was very noisy because of some bigger group of guests quite narrow spots for parking

I informed the staff, everytime I took a shower, I was extremely worried that I would slip. A simple solution would be to put a few strips in the tube. I am old and I almost fell twice. Also, there was no garbage can in the room, so I had to walk inside the bathroom and use the garbage can in there. I think having a paper cup or a glass to drink water would be great. Other than that, i found the room to be very clean and satisfactory. I would however not visit during the hot months, since there are no heating/ac controls. I understand that the hotel controls the temperature, but although I traveled in April, the room was still hot enough for me to open the window to allow cool air in.

The location is perfect for those who come to the University of Minho. Very clean. The bed is very nice and big. Pillows and a blanket are puffy and soft. The matresses need a top matress because you can feel the metal carcass while sleeping. The breakfast needs veggies and more fruit for vegans. Fresh water is always available for free.There is a small fridge in the room. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Great staff, good location for my purposes, comfortable acomodations, availability of snacks and hot drinks at the reception hall, good breakfast (albeit a bit pricey for me).

I didn't like the lighting on the access corridor to the rooms, it was rather dark. They turned on and off automatically when you walked by, and were very dim. It wasn't great for my bad eyesight, but I could manage and, I guess, I understand the energy savings. But it was really the one thing I did not like.

it's an older and smaller B&B but still free parking and drinks all day long, the room since a bit older still had one of those nice big built in closets contrary to those small open spaces in the newer places hence the space for the normal nice big shower was missed out in the bathroom which was fitted with a bathtub, but all nice and clean

the hotel had quite some issues when I stayed the worst was the breakdown of the elevator but well we all know sh*** happens and a local event which closed the street for quite a while, but something which should be improved is the lightning on the second floor the motion sensor hardly worked so I had to find my way to the elevator in the dark and fumble around to catch the right button

I enjoyed the coffee machine that is available 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location was perfect, there are a lot of grocery stores and a great restaurant only a ten minute walk away. The room was clean, the bed was huge.

I wish there was a kettle in the room and a few snacks as shown in some pictures.

Jorge is simply amazing always ready and willing to help with a smile on his face that lights up a room. He is an exceptional management candidate. I only hope that his supervisor recognizes his hard work that is worthy of a promotion. Thank you Jorge for going above and beyond your duties to help all the guests !!!!

I loved how friendly the staff was, seriously great service. I would go again, I really loved it here. Great for family I recommend this for you if you’re a big family.

I think maybe if we could have some plastic bags in the bins that would be great so that we can at least keep trash out the way.

The staff was very nice. Coffee and water is available for 24 hours for free. The satfety locker in the room works fine. The bathroom is super clean.

A lighting in front of the mirror at the entrance may make the stay more comfortable.

The room was great. The staff very professional and helpful. We were there for a wedding and the man at the reception was friendly enough to let us access our room before the time of check in. It was truly appreciated. It is a hotel I will keep in mind.

The breakfast was “just” ok. But we had the necessary. The parking spots are very small. But for this type of hotel it was a good experience.
