Breakfast was good value for money. Reception area had an excellent direct link to a Taxi service which was a real bonus. Staff were really helpful and very pleasant.

Room was clean and large enough the only negative comments regarding the the room was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities, if you wanted a hot drink you need to go to reception and use a vending machine. We have stayed in other Budget hotels both in the UK and mainland Europe they have, without exception, all had tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. A shelf over the sink in the bathroom for toiletries would be good.

Very clean and very spacious room. I try and stay in Ibis when I can as you know what you are getting. Aircon worked perfectly especially when our stay was in August. Stayed on the 6th floor and the lift was quick. Easy to park nearby especially down the road amongst the industrial units . Very safe. 500m to the historic town centre and many many bars and restaurants to choose from. Best place to eat is in the square where the Braga sign is near the Hotel Vila Gale.

Nothing. It was perfect for our stay

The location of this hotel is situated perfectly, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Braga. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc on the street by the hotel. Everything is close by and convenient. The room was very spacious and on a high floor, as I requested. The staff working at reception were super friendly, always welcoming us with a smile. The hotel is great if you are searching for something basic, for a good price, and location is your priority.

We both found the beds to be a little uncomfortable, however we slept without any problems so I don’t see this as a problem or a reason not to return.

The location is good, the room is simple but clean and pleasant. The reception is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple with a limited selection. A hairdryer can be requested from the reception desk for a 10 euro deposit. The amenities provided were commensurate with the price paid.

I was very aware of the lack of electrical outlets near the bed and in the bathroom.

It was spotless, nice and clean. There was a lift which made life easier. The beds were ok but not as good as other Ibis hotels. The location was great about 10-15 min walk to centre.

The staff at reception were not very friendly. The cleaner seemed to be the only happy person there and she was constantly working.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities in the room I am aware that it is a basic hotel however all other economy or basic hotels I have stayed in have had at least a kettle and a couple of cups while there the coffee vending machine broke down so we couldn’t get a drink unless we went out.

The room was fresh and clean but as simple as possible. The staff was amiable and supportive. There was not much choice for breakfast, but we did not regret paying for that anyway, because it saved a lot of time for us. The location is perfect, the hotel is nested in the very center of Braga.

Excessive simplicity in the interior, but that's okay for a 2-star hotel.

We have liked everything, it went over our expectations, clean warm, really nice staff , very nicely stiled decore , I felt like a teenager while in there , most importantly very but very good location, near city centre but quiet area , loads of free parking spaces , shops pubs coffe places , supermarkets, everything u need just biside the door ,

Excellent location, nice staff, no problem with getting a proper invoice, very clean room with necessary equipment (including a small desk). For the price I paid this was an excellent place.

No wardrobe, the same breakfast with limited options every day.

Simple room in a good location. It is a budget hotel so it was basic as can be expected. The staff was nice and helpful.

Can't complain much since it was budget hotel. However I did miss the hair dryer, which is usually available upon request. Unfortunately at the time I asked for it all were already taken by other guests.
