The hotel has a large set of facilities like Gym, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pool as well as baby's pool. There is a tenis courtyard and football field. The rustic look of the hotel is very charming although not so practical specially for guests staying in the first floor. The staff is amazing and always looking to please the guests. The breakfast is the normal continental with some nice house made pasteis de nata. The reception staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok with our stay.

The staff is visibly overloaded and that is noticeable as you look for the reception people and they are busy doing other choirs. The maintenance of the rooms can be improved. E.g the sink plugs are broken, the power outlets are short in number, etc. The beds for the kids are quite narrow and not suitable for kids that don't sleep still. The floor on the rooms is very noisy. The TVs in the rooms are quite small.

The location of the hotel. It is located in the maintains and with a short drive of 30 - 45 min. you can reach site seeing locations. The two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) where working.

The bathroom is far too small and the internet had the last few days many Interrupts.

Good - with a variety of choices. The staff are exceptional and friendly.

Suggest a complimentary water bottle in the bedroom and the availability of tea or coffee/hot water - which would be especially enjoyable during the late evenings spent in the lounge.

Breakfast was great , plenty of selection . The grounds are beautiful & quiet. Pool area was really nice a large pool with cafe for snacks and drinks . The location is beautiful . Pleasant staff

You needed reservations for the restaurant for dinner even though it was never busy- I guess staff shortages

I liked the rustic decoration, the large spaces inside and outside, good food at dinner and great breakfast.

the air conditioning in the bedroom was a bit noisy, but the room wasn't cold (01/02), so we switched it off to sleep.

Place is like a hidden jewel. Not super easy to find,but when you get there, you won't regret. Super comfy,nice view, swimming pool, leisure space. Just love it! Highly recommend if you have a car

For a rural hotel stay this was excellent. Manager Sergio was an excellent host and anyone wanting to try a rural stay in this area won't be disappointed.

A little hard to find and could do with some signage along the way to reassure you are on the right road. Well worth it when you arrive

Receptionst on the check in day had no English knowledge. Kettle and little fridge in the room would be bonus.

The location was convenient as it was literally at the wedding venue. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Really convenient. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are very big.

Being at the venue is quite noisy. If you're not there for a wedding, don't stay there on events nights as you won't sleep much. i've got my doubts about cleaning a shower with stone walls... It was quite pricy but there was no nearby alternative.

Beautiful location, quiet place surrounded by nature! We enjoy very much! And a really good breakfast every morning.
