Hotel was within walking distance to historic centre. The hotel is relatively new and well kept. Staff was extremely friendly. Underground parking was a great bonus.

The second room in the suite was sparsely furnished with a small futon and tiny desk, so pretty much unusable unless you bring a child. Parking is underground but has no direct access to hotel so carrying luggage can be tricky.

The room and facilities were great, all was clean, close to the center, the stafff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was also very nice.

I had the room close to the road, so it was noisy to sleep. But from what I saw, there are also many rooms that have windows to the indoors, so there should be quiet.

The location of the hotel is very convenient , close from the train station and city center. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and very helpful , I've got a lot of useful tips and looking forward to come back in the city.

We were allocated in the room next to the road and for me as a sensitive person for the noises was hard to sleep at the first night . But the hotel has a opposite rooms and I believe it is possible to get more quiet one

The hotel is central with many facilities near by: café, pharmacies, supermarket and restaurants. Close to the center, any easy walk. We also found street parking very easily.

The pillows in the bed were extremely uncomfortable. When we solicited replacement we were told that all were the same. The hotel is a bit run down. In need of a a refurbishment.

Great location in Guimaraes close to both the train and bus station. The room was clean and quiet and the member of staff was friendly. Checking in and out was simple and for a short stay I really have no complaints.

Very clean, quiet, great staff, comfy beds, good organization and excellent price for a 4 star hotel.

I wish I could get complimentary water and coffee during my 4 night stay (other than the 1st night only).

The gentleman at the reception was super nice and helpful, sharing recommendations for the city and making sure our stay is good. The room is clean and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiete and we had good sleep. The location is central and near all main attractions and city center

Breakfast could have had a little more selection and maybe more than one person having to do everything…

The staff was really nice and accomodating. The location was great close to cafés and shops. Big and spacious room and they have a water cooker. The affordable price.
