I had the pleasure of staying at this flat during the Christmas week, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and festive atmosphere. The flat was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and holiday events. The flat itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare a lovely Christmas dinner, and the living area was spacious and perfect for relaxing with family and friends. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony, which added a magical touch to our holiday mornings and evenings. The hosts were also fantastic, providing excellent communication and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful holiday experience. It truly made our Christmas week special, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We booked last minute but loved this sleepy little street in Aveiro. We were just steps away from several cafes, a canal, and the boat tour company “ Aveiro No Concacao” We were a short distance from the sea salt plats & that was interesting to see.

Upon entry, the motion lights went on & off and made it seem a bit creepy… also the apartment numbers took us a moment to understand-so 1.1 apartment was not ground level, but a flight up (ground floor is 0.1) smokers had been in apartment (ashtray there) & maybe it was promoted as a smokers apartment-IDK. It was ckean & spacious but better lighting in bathroom would have been great, as would a small table for toiletries. It was very modern & new but just needed another mirror and LIGHTS!

The location is amazing, in the downtown. my apartment was to the quiet end so we didn't have noise problems but I have to tell the windows are double glass ones so I don't expect they will be a lot of noise entering. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. They were able to give us a early check in since the unit was available.

Even is equipped with a kitchen, they only have two pots and no pans to fry some eggs or meat, cooking options are quite limited because of the equipment. The kitchen area is very small, you dont have space to leave dishes drying and to be cooking.

The location is ideal and very central. Plenty of things to do in the area and many cafes and restaurants. The building is secure with CCTV and very modern. The entrance and check in with codes is amazing and easy and no need to carry or look for keys. The apartment itself is modern and spacious. The bathroom is really nice and the kitchen fully equipped. The bedroom is big and the bed comfortable. The whole area is quiet and the apartment was more than what I expected. If Booking had an 11 I would give it to them for the cleaness and the organisation and hospitality. For me, the best place in Aveiro by far!

The location is superb, the biilding is fully renovated and has an elevator.

The coffee capsules were only for 2 people, but we indicated that there will be four of us. One chair was slippery, and the bedroom window was facing a wall.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. There was a possibility for cooking and making coffee, and the location is very good; the place is calm. We did not experience any problems, so if we visit Aveiro again, we will also try to book this apartment.

I liked the location, it was just 1 min. away from the center all all. great restaurants in the area, even the boat trip rides around the corner were 2 EUR cheaper than in the city center (touristic area), there is downstairs a tiny grocery shop where you can buy some stuff you need. The flat is spacious, clean and great windows.

Place could have been a little more welcoming as in perks, no real parking space, need to find space on the street.

Lovely clean modern spacious apartment and in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants in very close proximity.

Everything great really. The apartment would benefit from an extra mirror in the bedroom or inside a wardrobe door to enable clients to dress or apply make up whilst others are using the shower room.

The stay was great overall. There was complimentary coffee and tea. Location is perfect. Support was helpful and nice. Only downside is the check-in management platform, which requires a single session to enter guest details, which is not practical.
