The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was well-prepared, offering a wide variety of options to start the day, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, turkey ham, and scrambled eggs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. Initially, I wasn't happy with the room arrangement made through Booking.com, but the receptionist kindly helped us switch to a much more comfortable option, which my family and I appreciated. Parking isn’t the easiest to find, but there are paid options available nearby.

One downside was the parking situation. It can be difficult to find a spot, and paid parking options are the only choice nearby.

It is very central

Our room was a good size, with a view to the canal. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the main bridge in the town centre. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good, although it would be better to have muesli as well as granola, the latter being too sweet and crunchy. The hotel is onto the road along the canal, but while we were there the road was nice and quiet.

We chose the hotel for its location overlooking the canals and were not disappointed. The old town is just a few minutes walk away and all the sights are easy to get to. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the kettle, coffee, tea and bisquits. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially like to mention Nahra who was so helpful when we arrived rather tired and worn out after being caught up in the forest fires. Lovely Breakfast buffet, overall good value.

Cannot think of anything

Lovely small hotel within walking distance to the center of Aveiro. Comfortable rooms (and great pillows!), nice bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Tea & coffee facilities in room with complimentary biscuits and water. Breakfast was good, some hot food and the usual continental foods.

There could have been a little more selection of hot breakfast food but still a decent choice considering the price per night for the hotel.

The location is good, near the city center with all the restaurants nearby, the staff are very kind, they let us park our baby stroller at the reception. The room were spotless and comfy! The bathroom was also spacious and had also amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hair drier. There are a small lift that is very helpful and we had breakfast one day and it was delicious (Yougurth, Eggs, Bacon, Pastel de Nata, fruits, cheese and ham, coffee, etc). We parked our car in the street back of the hotel, we paid using euro coins with the parking machine.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was exceptionally clean & well presented. Location was near to centre

Nothing was actually wrong, but for interest the hotel is very compact, as are the rooms. Also, it is an ideal place to sleep, but is not like a bigger hotel with large shared spaces. The advertised bar is not really true, it is a short length of counter & they had no wine or full facilities for a social drink. In fairness, they directed us to the nearby town centre that has many good bars & restaurants. The website gives the impression of a bigger hotel, it is a small place but very well run & a great place to sleep.

For us the location was perfect, as walkable to the old town and glorious city park. Very comfy room and great aircon for keeping us warm. Breakfast buffet to our taste - a machine to make fresh orange juice was a first for us! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Next time we shall book a room NOT over looking the canal as there was a lot of outside noise.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quite area with a view to the canal and close to the old salt mines site. I could see the moliceiros bots from the window of my room. It is really nice and cosy in a beautiful historical building. Breakfast was good, particularly the sweets that we absolutely loved.

Very nice, spacious and cozy room. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. Nice staff. I really enjoyed staying here and hope to be back someday!

Breakfast is fairly small but still very nice. The road next to the hotel can be a bit noisy at night but of course that's not the hotel's fault - maybe consider this before choosing the room with canal view.
