Everything! My room was comfortable, hot shower was great, very quiet and Joana the housekeeper was fantastic. I fell down the last stairs and she took great care of me, even gave me her phone number!

We had family room and the room was large enough for all us with 4 single beds. The location is centrally located right in the middle of city surrounded by restaurants and bars. I was very impressed with the check in procedure using the automatic machine without any hassle at all!

It could be a little noisy at night but this not a problem if you go out until 2 am!

The location is perfect. The room is very clean and cosy, very nicely nicely decorated, with a nice view. The staff were also very helpful and kind. We were even allowed to check in a bit earlier than planned.

Excellent location in historic quarter.

No on-site staff could be an issue for some travelers. However, automated communication and systems work well.

There was air condition in the pictures, but it was not working. Laundry is not in the hotel site, it is 10min walk (public laundry)

The apartment is located on the heart of the city! It's ideally choice to move by feet.
