Being a regular stayer at this hotel, I appreciate its cleanliness, friendly and procedural staff, spacious and modern all around.

On this occasion strangely my specific room headboard power supplies have stopped working, whilst the lights where all powered, which cause the inconvenience to use a diff plug to charge my appliances overnight, further to report this to the reception team they deal with it in accordance and rest assured if would not be resolved id be offered to move to another room without hesitation, well done for the team professionalism

Staff was very kind nd helpfull specially when arriving to the first room which was very very hot and the AC wasnt able to cool it dow.

Hotel has a Centralized AC system. During the day thay i arrived, it was a very hot day, and beacause of this limitation basically the AC wouldnt work... Knowing of this, the hotel maintenance should be more proactive in making sure that if the outside temps are going to be high to prepare the rooms for this matter.

Room was very clean and comfy. Lovely view across the town. Pool area was clean, sunbeds and towels available to relax in the sunshine. Plenty of parking outside the hotel but also a garage available. Buffet evening meal was fine and breakfast was good.

It was a little way out of the town so stayed in the hotel to eat. Maybe an off night but we were the only two people in the buffet restaurant so no atmosphere.

This hotel has huge bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of amenities. Did not have breakfast so can't comment there. Highly recommend if you don't mind the shortish drive back to centre for dinner. We felt it was a bit much to walk which we like to do in the evening. Plenty of car parking at the hotel.Staff are very nice also. If the hotel is running a good deal as we found on Booking.com then it is very good value.

Everything was fine for us. Just be aware it's location is a little out of the main centre.

Pretty and clean. They had electric bikes that I could use. And they had sauna. Breakfast was good and with plenty of options to choose from.

The spa was weird. Usually you build sauna next to the showers, but here they were in completely different places. Also the staff wasn’t always in the reception and I could not tell where to find them when I needed to ask something.

Great place to spend a weekend. We only spent one night but it had 2 swimming pools(kids & adults) and mini-golf which is great to keep kids entertained in the evening after exploring the city/outskirts. The breakfast was amazing and cleanliness too.

As the hotel is based outside the town centre you would need some transport to get you to the town centre. Plus there was no lunch/dinner facilities in the hotel restaurant . So not ideal when travelling with little kids. The hotel did recommend some restaurants in the nearby town which was great but definitely need a car to get to those places.

Excellent value! I stayed in the suite which was a really good size and had nice views. Swimming pool area very nice with lots of sun loungers. Breakfast was really good with plenty of selection. The staff at reception were very friendly. Free parking for my motorbike. I ended up staying an extra night because it was such good value and close to some great riding roads.

No kettle in the room

The room was spacious and delightful; the sight of the castle was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the toilet was spacious. The breakfast was diverse, but there was a lack of vegan options. The room offered coffee and tea.

It offered the opportunity to relax because it was tranquil and allowed us to enjoy sports spaces. The hygiene of the spaces and room was excellent.

The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Their positive attitude really made my stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

The room wasn’t very clean—there was dust on the floor—and there was no iron available, which should be available in the room in a 4-star hotel

The size of the room and the bed. The comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Having a desk, which is excellent for business travellers. The very complete and fresh breakfast. Having a garage is excellent for me when I'm on business, but there is lots of parking area in the outside. Although it's not in the historic centre of Bragança, it's very close and very accessible from the highway.

Unfortunately they don't have a restaurant or even a snack bar inside the hotel. That would be very nice.
