A superb and beautiful property with great facilities, very attentive staff. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The swimming pool was excellent. Room/Suite 5 was spacious and delightful with a large bathroom and a balcony plus it had an extensive and generous amount of wardrobe space. Overall excellent.

If you are a very light sleeper you may need earplugs as there is a cockerel which crows early in the morning.

The most significant part is that we didn’t feel that we were in a hotel but it seems we were guests in the Fabio and Raquel home. That was exactly what we were looking for when we booked the room. A very special “Thank You!” for their attention with my son who left early morning but he had a package which included sandwiches, juice and fruits for his breakfast. Amazing!

I think there are other rooms more spacious and with a better view than the Suite 9 - 4 floors below the entry. When we book again, we will ask for mountain’s view or a suite closer to the main area of the house.

It was great walk to the beach, all staff were kind, open and friendly. I stayed an extra night and switched room loved room 5.

First night in room 9 other guests were loud till 5am or so, when shared with staff they were kind about it. They do have a dog around which barks a lot and only aware of once I was in room 5, however once mentioned to the staff I was greeted multiple times with apologies and that they looking into getting the dog elsewhere. These two reflections feel like they should not reflect on if someone should stay. I might actually come back as it’s a well located spot but still secluded enough.

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff were so friendly. The facilities were great, tv room, childrens corner with pool tables etc. We split our days between exploring the local area as the location was great and then enjoying the pool and sun loungers at the hotel.

The pool was VERY deep so made us a little wary with our children but it certainly didn't stop us having a great time at all.

The hotel was amazing, Fabbio greeted us at the gate, very secure property. He gave his individual attention at check in, guided us through the hotel to our room, spotless, wow factor. Staff are friendly, the food is excellent, and homemade cooking! As we were leaving early morning before breakfast, they gave us a packed picnic to take with us. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.

We had 2 nights booked and would have stayed longer.

The location was built into the side of the hill, only a 15 minute walk into the town. Very leafy exclusive area. Lovely breakfast, served very grandly. They catered well for a vegan. It was not a buffet so there were things I would have liked, but I had vegan cheese, vegan milk, lovely fruity muesli, nice decaff coffee, lots of lovely silverware and great glasses, fresh orange juice. The waiting staff really wanted to help! You got a tiny button to call for service to your table. Very cool. I loved the spacious size of the room. Very airy and white. Plenty more space than I needed and a gorgeous view. This was unfortunately out to some stunning trees which were all being felled, which was a shame and a little noisy, but not the fault of the hotel. The pool was beautiful and lovely loungers in a mature garden. It was very safe and secure and you could contact the staff by whatsapp at any time of the day of night. Very boutique, perhaps ten rooms.

The way round inside the building wasn't well signposted so I kept getting lost! But it was all very pretty with interesting art and books. The cockerels crowing from dawn until early morning and the felling of the beautiful surrounding trees with chainsaws.

The Villa is beautiful and very welcoming. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Loads of space. Smart TV is a bonus. Loads of snacks and refreshments to choose from. Pool is great and it's very private. The view of the mountain is very relaxing.

Difficult to find the Villa itself and a little confusing finding your way around inside. (Not a complaint but a cockrell starts his morning call at around 4am and is like an alarm clock if your a light sleeper but others in my room slept through it no problem 😊)

The breakfast was served promptly and the choices were excellent a real treat to start the day. It was set in a peaceful location and lovely to walk around.

Nothing could have been better.The owners were very helpful when we needed them.

Having to pay extra for the wellness area , if they mention that in the booking easier to accept. Location is not walking distance however it is perfect to get away from the crowds

I highly recommend the hotel. It is the cleanest hotel in Lisbon. The hotel was impeccable and has really good facilities. The bed and pillows are so comfy. I slept so well! The breakfast was delicious! The staff is so friendly and they make sure you are feeling welcome. The location is great. I will definitely come back! The place smells incredible.
