The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff, the maids who cleaned our room. and the breakfast staff. All were great, and a credit to the hotel. THANK YOU. The breakfast was lovely, and had everything you could wish for. The ambience was so relaxed, you never felt rushed, and the breakfast times were good, not too early, if like us you like a lie in!

Reception staff weren’t as friendly, except for one young man who gave us a lovely smile and a Good Morning. The others never seemed interested or informative, and on check out never asked if we had enjoyed our stay etc., but this wouldn’t put us off coming back.The lift down to breakfast was a bit confusing! We ended up going outside to the pool area, and through a door there! One day one of the maids showed us a small lift tucked away in a corner past reception which took us straight into the dining room. Maybe they could put up a sign to let you know! But if you’re able bodied, it’s simple, just use the stairs!

The pool was lovely and the room very quiet. We liked the fact that the hotel was set back a little way from the very busy sea front where it was too hot and hectic. There was a good cafe / bar too. The air conditioning is very effective and the rooms are cleaned every day. Our room was on Pool Level which I was concerned about but they were good rooms.

The property should not say ‘breakfast included’ on your booking confirmation. To be very clear, breakfast is not INCLUDED. Breakfast is AVAILABLE. At an additional cost of over 12 euros per person. We did not take up that offer but instead had a coffee and pastry at the cafe for only €5. It’s a hotel where you have to pay for every extra - eg you want a view or a room about basement / pool level? You have to pay for it. Breakfast is included - if you pay for it. There is parking - but on the street and paid for every day. It’s a shame some of these things are not made more clear. But overall we were happy.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room was spacious, and the common areas, such as the pool and lounge, were very comfortable and inviting. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was also free ice cream for guests at the pool in the afternoon, which we loved!

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and the breakfast would benefit from a greater variety of options and higher-quality ingredients. However, these are just suggestions for improvement and did not significantly impact our overall experience. Our stay at the hotel was great!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovely hotel, friendly staff, spacious lounge area with a nice bar and entertainment in some evenings.

We had initially booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, but we were given the basement room with a small garden, we were too tired to go back to reception to make a complaint. I had pointed it out to the receptionist when we were checking in and assumed we would get the room with the balcony. That was disappointing.

Great pool area, bar and music. Nice and quiet at night. Lovely staff. The guy at the front desk was amazing. It was 5am and we went to the airport but left our passports behind! He got them from the room for us and arranged for a taxi to drop them off at the airport just in time for us to get our flight. We are forever grateful and will definitely come back!

Not enough toilet paper and no tea and coffee making facilities in room but there was great coffee downstairs.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Upon noticing the mistake in our reservation (which was our fault), Joao Santos from the hotel staff assisted us greatly on the first day by providing a mattress and setting up a bed for our son at no extra charge. This gesture significantly alleviated the situation, as I was on the verge of tears. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the common area was welcoming, offering the opportunity to watch football games and cheer for the teams with other guests. The hotel also demonstrated flexibility with its breakfast policy, as we did not need to book breakfasts in advance; if you wished to eat, you simply could. Additionally, the train to Cascais is just a five-minute walk from the hotel and runs every half hour. The walk from the hotel to Cascais is both pleasant and romantic.

Bar/lounge staff were super nice, I can't say enough about them! The bar area itself is great if you're looking to relax. Lots of couches, and they even had live music one of the nights. Food and drinks are really cheap! Pool area is great, but water is freezing! Nice location close to train station and busses. Shortish walk into Cascais. Breakfast was great! Hotel itself is clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk staff are not personable at all. Looked like they would prefer to be anywhere else than there. Check-in wasn't great, and my room wasn't ready on time. They gave me some excuse but after a long flight from Canada it was really frustrating. If you are any way fussy about the bed you sleep on, then this won't be for you. They make noise and you can feel the springs. The bed frames are stained and old horrible cushions and throw that is not needed at all. Rooms are dated, but ok if you're just using it as a place to sleep.

The hotel was in a good location, walking distance from some lovely restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was well kept and we were able to enjoy use of sunbeds.

We paid for breakfast at €29.80 for two of us, this was fairly reasonable as there was a range of options available. However it would have been nice to have had a tablecloth on the table and some cutlery set out for us rather than just sitting down at a bare table.

Hotel is located in nice neighborhood, in close proximity to the beach. Room had a balcony which was a plus. Special thanks to the bartender that made our stay very fun!

When reserving rooms we were not informed that we are getting rooms that are below ground level. In hotel i asked receptionist and she assured me that they are normal rooms which was not the case. After complaining we did got other rooms on higher floors. We also had cleaning lady coming into one of the rooms even though there was “still sleeping” sign on the door - that was a bit uncomfortable - her explanation was that we are leaving that day, but she did not really changed the sheets or towels (to prepare for next guests).

Breakfast, pool, dinner. Everything!!! One evening we had dinner in a hotel restaurant and it was amazing, we paid 16 euros for the menu and it was a very big portion and very tasty, I really recommend dinner in the hotel. We were with 6 month baby and they gave us bad for the baby.

In my mother room there was some problem with the shower, but as soon we informed reception it was fixed immediately. Also, the shower gel finished, but they brought it as soon we asked them.
