Very nice stuff. Location in pine woods. Parking. A quite place. Building and facilities is a little outdated, but everything was clean and functional. The breakfast is good, not very varied, but enough if you're not too picky.

The place was great, quiet, in the middle of the nature but also close to Ovar and a lovely beach with lots of amenities. Staff, Anna, was moito simpatica and gave us very good information about the area. La piscina was lovely although we run out of time to use it. We definitively recommend this place! Very good value for the money

1. The staff was real nice 2. I loved the breakfast. Nothing special at all, bread, salami thingy and cheese. cereals and milk, yoghurt and fruits. bead, butter with jam, honey or both. coffee 3. There were 34 degrees outside and this place was chilli. Perfect! 4. It was very clean, in general

1. nothing to do about it, but it's real far from the beach 2. The place is a Youth hostel. Which means common bathrooms . I don't mind it much, but you should know :) 3. The beds squeak at every movement. The most annoying screech ever especially since you can easily hear every bed on the hallway. 4. It is old.. so many things, especially in the bathroom, could do with a refurbishing. Paint not being where it should have been and stuff like that. 5. Did i mention it's a youth hostel, which means young people being loud in the night? That being said.. i liked the place. Annoying but clean :) and missed having a stupid simple breakfast. This place delivered, even if I kinda wanted eggs as well.

The staff was very supportive and gave us good advises for lunch or travelling to Porto.

The swimming pool was lovely. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit tatty and needed repairs

This is a large facility. Two beds to a room, probably due to covid. It was clean. Big bathroom with a designated shower for each room. The breakfast was a typical hostel breakfast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, tea or coffee and juice, included in the price and the staff worked with me to make it available before my taxi arrived for an all day excursion. I want to give a big thank you to the staff worker who reserved a taxi for the following morning. It made my trip to the pedestrian bridge in Arouca possible. Thanks again.

Towels may have been available. I just didn't think to ask. The facility is located a distance from town which makes it hard for those tourists without a car. I miss the personal touches.
