We liked Everything, the atmosphere of the hotel just exclusive. Didn’t expect to see that Hidden Gem in the town. Staff very professional and nice with fantastic attitude. The breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and much more. Bedroom is big, spotless and very comfortable also very well decorated. Bathroom huge and modern. Bed was big and very comfy, huge tv. Rooms have air conditioning. Fantastic value for money. Hotel has its own parking and everything in town is at walking distance.

Staff are amazing. I had to leave before the breakfast time and the staff (Daniel) told me to grab something to eat as the breakfast was ready - That was nice from him. The bed was huge and very comfy. I have spent only one night there with my family.

They added a cot to our bedroom but the cot was setup for babies that can't stand in the cot. I have said my baby age (1 year and 7 months old) in the booking but maybe they have missed it. I am sure the staff would fix it if I have raised it to them, but we were tired and the bed was HUGE so our baby slept with us.

We had a lovely room - upgraded which was much appreciated. The staff are delightful and so helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect - so easy to get around.

Not really a dislike but the carpark was awkward to to get into - a steep driveway underground

The room was light and pacious with a nice view. Exceptional staff, really friendly and thoughtful. They offered to help me immediately when I got stranded at the airport. The bonus was the rooftop terrace, the staff were also very obliging there when we wanted to have a small picknick there they set up a table there and even let me make some vegetables in their kitchen.

The breakfast was ok, only white bread, and many sugar containing products. The hotel could use some upgrading, a bit of paint here and there.

Friendly staff, free private parking (but not for big wide cars because of narrow gate) - mine compact catchback was just alright. Perfect location not far from Portu by car. Breakfast was alright with fresh coffee but too much pastries and too little everything else, so not for balanced diet.

The kindness of the staff was exceptional. Very good value for money. It is positioned right in the center of Santo Thyrso, and it has a small parking place included (part indoor and part outdoor).

Some small things that could give an extra "+" to the structure: the shower support was not tight and could not hold the shower. There was no piassaba in the toilet.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Santo Tyrso. The rooms were spacious and homely. The car park was a bit of a shock but at least they had one, ( Down a steep ramp to the basement.) The staff were really friendly and offered help with luggage etc.

I felt sorry for the receptionist who had to cover the bar. We had friends visit and she struggled with the order.

Goncalo at the front desk was particularly accommodating and pleasant, but other staff with whom we interacted were also very nice.

It would have been nice if food had been available in the bar.

It’s a really good quality-price, stuff is extremely friendly and breakfast has a free juice and two coffee machines.

Everything is great for a quick night, in case you don’t like small parking maybe check it out first.
