One of the best check-ins and check-outs I've ever had! Only a code, no need to wait for anyone, just arrive and enter the room, and everything went smoothly. The rooms are very cozy, with lots of space, AC, a kitchen if you want to cook with essentials, microwave, fridge, a coffee machine (big bonus!), and a great bed.

Our kitchen did not have knives, and the floors made quite some noise (you could hear neighbors walking around).

Liked the central location. The staff were amazing….especially Klaudia, who took great care of us. The bed was very comfortable, clean towels daily. The kitchenette was well equipped and a great amenity.

No elevator, but the exercise was welcomed.

Great location, several shops and restaurants in walking distance, central location to visit nearby towns (Braga, Guimarães, Porto, etc), great value for the money.

The only negative point is that on the apartment you can hear all noises from the street, if you have a light sleep might be a problem, it's not my case, so luckily wasn't really problem to me.

Clean, excellent location and comfortable

No breakfast despite booking offering it as an option. No desk or chair to work.

I liked that the location was close to downtown so I could enjoy the Christmas festivities daily with ease

Our single use shower gel bottle was not replaced a single time during our stay of over 13 days but that was not a big deal.

Unfortunately, the owner didn't answer for our questions (for example we didn't know where can we park the car). They didn't leave us bed sheets for the sofa (for another couple). Kitchen is not good enough equipped for cooking.

It was extremely clean, comfortable bed. Good service from the staff. A lot of restaurants and coffee places nearby.

The lighting on the room was very dim.

Breakfast was purchased at the cafe underneath Wake up. Highly recommend. Good value and excellent quality

More storage for clothes. One very small cupboard that was partially blocked by a bedside table.

The apartment was excellent and I loved the cozy vibe, the location was great and the staff was wonderful

Wish it had an oven, but the rest of the kitchen had everything you would need

The place was modern. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Lovely café just around the corner and close to the town centre. It was very convenient for the trip my friend and I had in mind. The keycode entry was good as we never had to worry about keys.

Better communications... I had to chase and check about taxi bookings and got confused as not enough details were given regarding storing baggage for the day of check out.
