The location to the Camino, right in the city centre so easy to walk to explore the town and all the sights. Great amenities, it had a big kitchen, lounge area and a washer and dryer which was handy after doing the Camino. The bunk beds are really comfortable, and you were given a towel, blanket, and shower soap. You also had lots of room next to the bed, including a light and power socket and private bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.

The lift was out of order, so I had to go up 3 flights of stairs, but it was only a minor issue.

We had a lovely, spacious room that looked out over the street. Very charming. There was a jazz concert in the adjacent square that night, and we went to sleep with our windows open being serenaded by the most beautiful music. Not too loud, just right.

We were walking the Camino and my husband hurt his leg, which slowed down our progress that day. I messaged the hotel several times to tell them what was happening in that we were running a little late but they repeatedly told us we had to arrive by 8 PM to check in. It made things stressful for us and we wished there had been more flexibility with check-in.

Great set up for pilgrims. Beds comfy and self-contained with curtains, light, plug and locker. Great kitchen facilities and useful washing facilities. Perfect central location too. Plus, check out the scary living room with a glass floor.

I felt for the price they could have put the sheets on the bed. I know this is common in hostels in Portugal and Spain, but when you're paying €30 a night, it feels like something they should do.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I was blown away at how comfortable it was. The bunk beds have lockers beneath and curtains for maximum privacy. Also each bed has an electric socket and the beds are actually really comfortable. I also got a pillow, sheets and towels! There is everything you can possibly need like the washing machine, dryer, kitchen and dining room

I arrived whilst,I think,it's the festival of the crosses so a very lively Barcelos including a massive fireworks display. Despite not being able to sleep ( no fault of the venue) I think it's first class, the bunk beds are 8 to a room but they only use 4, so as not to overcrowd it. Shared bathroom was good.

Nothing great value for money

Great accommodation in Barcelos. Very Central and a lovely clean establishment. We were on our camino to Santiago. The receptionist was super friendly and they kept our transported luggage and we could also leave our luggage for pickup. Breakfast was good and they gave us fruit to take with us. Our room overlooked the square and lots of windows which is great .

I was staying in this hostel on my camino. Location is perfect, right on the camino and on the main street. Room was comfy and clean. For 5€ you can have a nice breakfast, and they would also let you pack some for the walk. Would definitely recommend, if you want to have a clean and good night sleep on your camino

It would be nice if you add something to hang laundry in the balcony, though we did manage anyway

Good location, perfect clean rooms and wonderful stuff!

Maybe this guest room should change person who is answering messages on booking. Some of my questions left without answers and some were answered in local language. If you offer accomodation on booking, it is better to reply in english, if I write you in english language.

Beautiful, comfortable and safe accommodations. A privacy curtain for every bed. Lovely balconies. Clean shower with nice water pressure. Big beautiful kitchen and common spaces. The staff couldn’t be more kind to me and helped me with every need from an extra towel, to a hair dryer, to assistance with finding restaurants and connections within the community.

Great location in a great town. Quite a lot of stairs after a long day of walking to get up to the rooms! Very spacious private rooms and comfortable dorm beds.

Shower floor was just soaking and really hard to get dry after showering, but otherwise a nice stay.
