Great location, nice to be able to park. Lovely welcome on arrival & able to check in a bit earlier. The room was small but comfortable & wonderfully decorated (romantic package). Communication was excellent & a request was honoured, to have red wine instead of sparkling wine. Breakfast had a good selection, something for everyone.

No milk in the room with the limited tea/coffee facilities. Gentleman on reception/bar the evening of our stay when we asked for some ice, were questioned 'what for' when we advised it was for wine that had been left in our room he told us we shouldn't have ice in wine & why. Whilst we appreciate him sharing his knowledge (which we are already fully aware of!) it is my preference to have a little ice in my wine. He came across condescending and took a long while to get the ice! The only blip during our stay.

It looks a bit rough looking from the outside but the inside is nice and clean. The front desk staff are very good and helpful. It is a bit far from the Camino but we would consider it an viable Camino option (10 minutes back to the Camino ). It is walking distance close to the water/beaches where there are some nice places to have a drink and see the sunset. Breakfast was good but getting to breakfast early is advised - lots of tourists. There were plenty of places nearby to purchase fruit and water for our next Camino day.

A lovely clean hotel with nice decor throughout with friendly staff. Got surprise upgrading to include a balcony, looking down the street to the church. Superb range of self service continental breakfast, varied breads, cakes, coffees etc. As a big group arrived I was told no room for dining-in, but at the bar they offered pizza (2 types) had a long wait but was the friendly bar/reception staff looking out for me that made it worthwhile.

Room was a little bit cold perhaps I couldn't work aircon , no socket handy for kettle so had to put it on floor or move table, and lobby vending m/c didn't work but again could be my fault.

After a very long day of walking on the Camino Portuguese, the hotel was a welcome place, well located and with a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay so no dislikes.

Breakfast too heavy on sweets, which is quite common in Portugal. Some extra salty options good be great.

Great hotel on El Camino with comfortable beds and linens. Dinner at the restaurant was great! Breakfast was a full buffet with eggs and lots of options.

The only thing was the room smelled a little musty.

Nice tourist hotel at the heart of the town. Nice staff and good breakfast selection. Spacious room. Bathtub was a bonus. Reasonable quiet room.

Noise from other guest from the lobby? But everywhere is the same anyway.

It was a very good hotel with really courteous front counter staffs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They provide really good breakfast too.

We noticed a leak in our bathroom the morning we were checking out that may have cause the room to have a certain smell. The floor in the room can be cleaner as it has sands..

Very helpful girls on front desk. Ensuite bathroom was lovely and had a bath.

Room decor a bit dated... but comfortable and had everything I needed. Some plugpoints in room didn't work.

Perfectly fine room, nothing special but for a night when you walk the coastal route. Perfect! Breakfast is good and enough. Nice mixture between regional and international breakfast.

Airco didn't work
